I cant even hear these, it makes me cry. Who would want to listen to all these?

I only heard one. They played it on the news last night. Her name was Melissa and they showed her picture. It was very hard to watch.

I also felt the 911 operator could have been a little kinder in her tone. At the very end she warmed up a little but I think that given the gravity she could have done it a bit sooner. To her credit though I imagine that has caused her much trauma also as it would all the 911 operators working on that fateful day.
