Canada has notoriously lax jail times for sex offenders. I see those types of notifications in the newspaper where I live too. It sucks.

Yup. In September. He's in Kelowna.

A high-risk sex offender has moved into the Okanagan.

Kelowna RCMP say his name is Timothy Everett Rahm, 36.

Police say Rahm was released from a federal corrections institution Friday and will be living in the Kelowna area.

His criminal record includes sex offences against females and armed robberies.

And then we have Christopher Neil released under "strict conditions". Strict conditions probably means he has to wear an ankle bracelet. :banghead:

This guy is a child sex offender. A former teacher. :furious:
