PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Authorities have identified the remains that were found by two bicyclists at High Bridge Trail State Park in Prince Edward County on Saturday as those of a 23-year-old woman.
According to Virginia State Police, the remains of a dead woman that were found by two bicyclists at High Bridge Trail State Park on Saturday, Aug. 23, have been identified as 23-year-old Samantha Okinyi, of the Prospect area of Prince Edward County.
