Reports of alleged Casey Anthony video diary surface on Internet

OT a bit for this thread and I don't want to derail it but I've been confused for a while about what exactly she is appealing. The DT argued at sentencing that she should be convicted of 1 lie and not 4 as it was one continuous lie. JP disagreed and sentenced her to 4 separate convictions.

I thought then and still do that her appeal was that it should have been just 1 conviction and not 4 and that was what she was appealing. However, I've seen many ppl post that she is appealing the lying conviction entirely.

Has anyone even seen her appeal filing to see exactly what she is appealing?

HHJP said the court would not pay for JB to represent her on appeal so he was done and to get another attorney. JB clearly did not want KC represented by another attorney. If she can pay she can pick whatever attorney she wishes. However I think CM is handling this and JB is doing her PR work. So, yes, she still could have fired him. lol Gotta love it. jmo

If they did, and it was approved, the tax payers would again be paying for her appeal whether it be to CM or JB.

I have to wonder, though, if she isn't making money off her tweets. She has her homepage listed which directs visitors to a page where you can buy her books.

Those may have been two separate comments in re: to arguments by the DT.

1. HHJP saying that JB could not represent her in the appeal.

and

2. If she wanted a Court Appointed Lawyer that she would have to re-file her indigent status before obtaining free representation.

We don't know because DT has yet to file their brief. The court also asked for DT to provide other documents. jmo

If Casey Anthony is a member of WS, or has access to it, she has to be happy as a pig in *****. Almost 2000 posts about her on this thread alone, many by members who said they were over her - no more posting about her, no more reading about her, no more clicking on stories about her. Almost 2000 posts on this thread alone show people, regardless of what they state, still want to know more and more about her.

Casey Anthony infuriated the nation and the world when she got away with murdering beautiful, innocent, precious Caylee. She is infamous which is in no way the same as famous, infamy is not being adored, people feel that she is repugnant. She does not receive adoration, she receives backlash.

Being as narcissistic and disordered as she is, she will most likely confuse the difference and it will not matter to her either way, as long as she is receiving attention.

That being said, she will always cause a ripple in the water, she will always set the meter off, and any stunt that she pulls to receive attention will work.

No one will ever truly ignore her because she is notorious. People have an incredibly strong emotional reaction to the injustice that occurred when she walked out of that jail a free woman.

It is what it is.

But Casey will never have peace, she will never have true anything and she will always repel people and be forever known as a baby murderer. She is hiding in a trailer somewhere with a dog and not a friend in the world. And anyone that is around her in any way shape or form will be just as disordered and as much of an emotional bloodsucker as she is. It doesn't upset me that she garners attention. people around the nation and the world are disgusted by her.

Yes,I saw those tweets. They talked about FCA supposedly having a book deal opportunity, and that she is supposed to stay away from social networking sites or she could ruin those plans. I certainly hope so. LOL

I think some people (IMO) may have wanted to sleuth if it was really her. Isn't that what we do here? If they announce it is her from now on, I know that I won't be clicking anything anymore. Could it be the audacity that got people interested?
I know I will do everything I can to keep her off the networks, out of book stores, out of msm. So, will many that you are alluding to. Bravo to them!!

PS- I don't care where Casey is...but I sure want karma to come a knocking wherever she goes.
