Reports of alleged Casey Anthony video diary surface on Internet

Defending The Honor of Casey is still there, and its the most bizarre thing I have ever seen. Crazy Train.

The other one that I can't seem to find any more was beyond scary....dude checks out Casey's jail videos, tells you to look at a specific second and hear how sexy she sighs...I almost barfed everywhere...its the middle of the "all anyone cares about is Caylee" rant...and he's saying she sounds like a little angel....talk about yuck.

here I am being annoying again but this is simply not true. A therapist using this medium absolutely would have the person talk about whatever is on their mind/stupid stuff at first....its to gain trust of the process....no one generally views/reads this stage of the stuff but you're still supposed to do it.

Being a person that works in mental health and is literally studying and interning to become an MSW/Therapist, I highly doubt that any therapist would ask a NOTORIOUS client IN HIDING with a history of poor impulse control and narcissism to video record herself and her "innermost" feelings.

No way.

It would be way too risky, the therapist would most likely ask her to write her feelings down in a journal and they would go over it together in person or over the phone.

But video recording? I don't believe it for one second, and I do not believe anything was hacked or "stolen". You are dealing with a sociopathic narcissist here that lives off of attention, negative or positive.

She thrives off it it. It is her drug. Her fingerprints are ALL over this. JMO.

What I want to know is what is taking so long for the State of Florida to deny her appeal on convicition of lying to LE? Because it is in appeal, she gets out of answering any questions Caylee related. She will also use this as a defense on why she doesn't speak about her.

The despicable attorneys of hers should be reigned in. I am sick of them. It shouldn't take seven months for the State to rule about her lying conviction. Are her DT going to keep appealing forever. She is videotape lying, FGS!

You know, it's been so long I cannot even remember wth the appeal is actually for. Is it an appeal of her CONVICTION or an appeal of the PROBATION TIME SERVED for the lying conviction? If it is the latter, at this rate her probation period will be over by the time the court hears the appeal. :floorlaugh:

Guys, as a semi-computer geek, you can download anything to your PC, regardless if you pay for it, and then reload it to wherever you want! The issue is in the legality of re-posting it . . .

IIRC 'cause I'm follow FKCs movements like a hawk: she is doing whatever, tried to make $ posting her chit on a PPV site ( ppl do it ALL the time) & expect to get $, then a WARRIOR finds it & posts it for everyone to view FOR FREE (or for a nominal amount that YT pays for Ads)!

I am sure since Oct she has many more & we get to see "It's All About FKC" and nothing about Caylee, Lee, George, Cindy, etc.

I agree. No one hacked. No one stole. That was just more in a series of gobbledegook from Mason so Casey could retain the right to recall the claim that she is in danger if she shows her face.

I do not think so. Didn't she say she has her own computer that she herself paid for? And I do not think she lives in a place where any number of people have access to her computer without her knowledge or permission. And Casey doesn't share unless there is something in it for her.

I can easily see Casey communicating with others via video. And if she is, to me it says she is not as afraid to show her face as her various attorneys have on various occasions claimed.

BBM...sure did! She just used somebody else's money to do it. I recall Jose gave her a fancy camera the night she was released. It is the Defense Team that keeps giving and giving. Do you recall CM bragging about all the money HE receives for casey from her fans. He is holding and hiding her money. It appears like she doesn't have any income to authorities.

Narcissist rarely spend their own money UNLESS they can profit from it. Most will get by scamming and using people to achieve their desires. They don't seek mental health tx. They are rarely seen by a therapist UNLESS they are forced into it for a legal reason...as they believe they are just fine and it is the world that doesn't get them...NOT their fault.

So is the DT waiting around for somebody to "mess" with the little princess so they can go after them and attain publicity for their client and perhaps profit in the action?

I have not checked the appeals site for awhile but last time I looked I believe there was a notation about EOT to file a brief or to get some records, or some such thing that the court is waiting on the defense to provide.

Her defense team has yet to file their final papers. I think they have until the 13th to do so. Always right on the deadline. Nothing has changed. jmo

I suppose sending the link to someone was a way of outing her / thwarting her efforts to make any kind of money. As far as bleeping out the names, I would imagine the person that was trying to thwart her (understanding that it would go viral, undermining her ability to make money) was protecting themselves by muting out the identities of the people that she mentioned in the video.

This way, all he did was post a "free" video that he was able to download off the very public internet. By protecting the identities of the people she mentioned, the person protected themselves from any kind of lawsuit.

I agree Spice. the guy sounded like he knew his Internet ethics. He was definitely a smart guy and seemed to be very savy on the computer.
