There were several peeps with the name 'John/Jon' brought up while we were discussing the the case..
One of them was 'Uncle John' who is GA's brother-in-law who, according to my notes, lives in Bonita Springs, FL with GA's sister.

I have some major issues with the "YouTube" Jon and Holly story on how they came about the video.

JON BRILEY, FIRST TO POST VIDEO TO YOUTUBE (via telephone): There was a picture that was posted onto our site. It was a picture of the video, and that was all. There was no video.

I went looking for the video. And after about 45 minutes, I found a pay site that wanted, I think, $2. And I didn`t give it. I tried another one. I think it was $3 or $5. I would not give money to that, either. I kept looking and looking and looking.

I finally found it -- a link to it free. I hurried up, I downloaded it into my computer. It was five or ten minutes later, that link was gone. You couldn`t get to it.

But I already had the video. I uploaded it into YouTube and to the boycott -- that we use up there. And the reason I uploaded it was so it was free for everybody. There would be no paying for it. There would be no money made off of it.

I am beginning to think that Jon found the YouTube channel that posted the video as "unlisted", then grabbed the video before the owner of the YouTube channel realized that anyone that has the link to the video can view the video and download it.

Once the owner of the YouTube channel realized that anyone could take the video as long as they had the link, either made the video private or deleted their YouTube channel.

IMO, Jon put out into the world that he found the video on a "pay per view" site and then claims he found it on a "free site" in order for it not to look like Jon and Holly spotted the link on Facebook and used "pay per view" as a ruse to throw off that they actually found the YouTube channel with the video.

The key lies with the person that originally posted the video on a YouTube channel, made it unlisted. This could be DH, considering he is the one that shutdown his Facebook and happened to mention on one of the Facebook pages that CNN had been calling him and best to leave this alone.

IMO, this video was never, ever on a "pay per view" site and although Jon is leading the world to look at it this way, perhaps to "CYA", unless the original person comes forth on how he got the video, it just may remain unsolved.

Although I really feel DH had it and truly screwed up in his haste to get the link out to his followers.

No matter what anybody says as to WHO released this video of the "former felon" ... the "bottom line" is Casey Anthony HERSELF is the person ultimately responsible for the release of this video -- and SHE should be held RESPONSIBLE ! I am so tired of her and her DT trying to "blame someone else" ... :furious:

SHE made the video -- no one "forced" her to ...
SHE recorded it on HER computer ... therefore ...
SHE is the one WHO sent it to "someone" "somewhere" ...

And I am not buying any of this poppycock that it is for therapy ... Come on, really ? Casey Anthony in therapy and doing "assignments" that include making videos ? What a joke !

This is just Casey Anthony -- "as usual" -- trying to get ANY kind of attention she can get ... back to her "old tricks" again ... and hopefully, it is going to "bite" her in the :behind:

JMO ... but CA is so "jealous" that Mr. Ashton is receiving the attention right now because of his successful book, and he just announced this past week that he is running for public office ... And along with Mr. Ashton being in the news -- Dr. G's show on Caylee was aired this past week and Dr. G's been on some of the talk shows this past week ...

And this is just too much for Miss Anthony to handle -- the FACT that Mr. A and Dr. G are getting the attention -- and she is NOT :boohoo: ...

She has been "itching" to do "something" since she got out of the slammer -- actually, she has been PLOTTING and PLANNING since those 12 < unusuals > from Pinellas GOT IT WRONG and she knew it was a matter of time that she would be "freed" ...

It's sad and sick that that is all she could come up with -- a 4 minute video that says NOTHING ...

I hope this BACKFIRES on her and I hope that Cheney Mason has to "eat his words" about a "hacker" ...

I personally do not care where or how the people that obtained this 4 minutes of drivel that thwarted Casey from making any further money off of it. (And i believe she did make money and plans to make more just by the way she was talking and I would bet my life there is more to come) All I care about is that they did obtain it and made it worthless by posting it publicly.

They should be commended. Whoever they are.

The Anthony's and Casey have made enough money and garnered enough attention off of that poor baby's blood.

What is most important to me in all this is not what Casey looks like or even that she has not changed at all psychologically. What is most important to me is that the judge(s) involved in any of her legal issues now and in the future realize that this is a person who appeared by video in disguise for a legal deposition because she feared showing her face, yet does not fear at all showing her face in video on an internet site. Whether she posted it there or merely sent it to someone to post there matters not in this regard.

Casey and her attorney played the civil case judge, just as her DT played Judge Perry during the probation hearing. Both judges fell for it. I hope the release of this video showing Casey without disguise will thwart all of the "she's in danger if she shows her face" nonsense that has been spewed not only in the media but in a court of law.
