Am I the only person who just wants to slap the fire out of CM listening to him say that whoever hacked KC's computer should be dealing with state and federal LE, when his client, to this day, has still never reported what happened to her two year old daughter? :furious:

I'm convinced that CM, Baez and the rest of them have little to no regard for our most basic human values. How they all found each to create their morally bankrupt defense team (led by team leader Casey Anthony) is a mystery to me.

Yes! I am still waiting to hear why JB and CM allowed KC to spend 3 years behind bars over an accidental drowning! :waitasec: It seems like that would go against the fiduciary duty of an attorney to leave her there for nothing. Or is it just me?

I honestly believe Casey herself allowed this video to be leaked. She, with her new computer and self-absorbed nature, has no doubt been digging around to see what people are saying about her. A google search of her name renders 284,000,000 hits. I'm sure she has noticed what the vast majority people have to say about her on FB, forums, blogs, articles, and comments sections in news pages and has found that most wish misery and torment upon her. IMO, she allowed the video and pictures of her to get out as an in your face to all of these people. She wanted to show them that she is living her Bella Vita and is completely unscathed. She even is able to go out in public and has people in her life that actually want to be around her. She hasn't changed one bit and is simply picking up where she left off in 2008. She is moving on with her life as if nothing ever even happened in the first place. As if CAYLEE never existed.

It truly is sickening. I just hope that the pendulum swings back in her direction soon before she hurts someone else, or God forbid, gets pregnant again. That new alleged boyfriend of hers better watch out, because if she does get pregnant and something happens to the child, she will probably blame it on him just like she did to Jessie Grund with Caylee.


Oh sweet karma, please be swift.. FCA looks so much better in prison clothes!

Yes. I believe we unfortunately need to look at it from the perspective of a/the PO. OCA's one of so many and is, after all, 'only' a convicted liar ... it's not as though she's been convicted of murdering a child. :innocent:

People seem to keep forgetting that. She's not just convicted liar, but a convicted fraud too. And one of these days, she'll be a convicted killer, I'm sure of it. And as far as I know, the check convictions were felonies, and she has at least six or seven felonies on her record just from the check convictions alone. In fact, she is on probation for the check convictions, not the lying convictions. So hopefully the PO is not looking at her at just some convicted liar, good Lord. I don't know if the lying charges were felonies or not, but this is not someone anyone, including the PO, should turn their back on for a minute. If they are truly doing this and just want rid of her, that scares me.

ITA! And, I think when she comes across a forum or blog where people are saying nasty things about her, she just gets a glib attitude and thinks, "Haters!", and moves on until she finds someone who adores her. I also can't help but wonder who her first victim will be for her "shopping trips". Whose checkbook or credit card will she help herself to since she no longer has access to Cindy's? Because you know she is going to. She advanced from thief to murderer pretty quickly. I have no reason to believe that 3 years in jail while everyone around her lied and covered for her has done anything but make her more dangerous. The looks she is giving in that first 4 minute video proves, IMO, that she thinks she is above it all. I am anxiously awaiting her downfall.

FCA's new videos are a hoot. It would sound the same if OJ did videos. Would sound like this: I bought a new football today, with my own money. These shoulder pads were a gift as was my jersey. I have a new cat, I'm talking to this video screen so that I don't bore my cat any further. ***fumbles with necklace made out of gum paper chain*** (No gold in prison). I believe that was not on account of the murder but for the check fraud with a pending capital murder charge that we all know wasn't a drowning, I think they just needed 3 years to come up with that doozer. Wasn't it just 6 weeks before trial when they came up with that and called Cindy in to give her the heads up??Also, she would have had to do the time regardless for being charged with lying to LE which this deviled team knew way in the beginning.

Oh, yes! Won't that be fun! And even when faced with the proof of what she has done, she will once again look stonefaced and say she didn't. She will blame her brother, or a supporter, or even JB, but she will accept no responsibility for it herself what-so-ever. We have already heard hints of the blame shifting, so the cover up has begun. Like an accident on the side of the road, I keep glancing over to see if anyone is hurt. In this "accident", everyone is getting hurt except the one person who needs to be. JMO.

I gotta say, I'm surprised this thread has blown up as it has, seeing it's about Casey and only about Casey. It has nothing to do with her daughter or finding justice in some way for her. A poster earlier mentioned she will always move the meter, even here where she is despised. I just didn't expect so many to be going on some wild goose chase just to view videos and pics of her anymore.

Well, the title of the thread is about the reported "Casey" videos so I would suppose that is what's being discussed. I view it as a way for folks to unleash their pent up frustration since the verdict. It's a way I imagine to express how they feel. The disgust, the dismay, the hurt, the pain...it's all there...and IMO is as a result of what they feel for a beautiful little girl who was taken from this world too soon and so brutally by the one person who should have loved her and protected her. This is, of course, JMO.

PS- I personally find comfort in knowing that even though some have had to distance themselves from the forum, that they're but a thought away. Having them near these past few days has made this "incident" easier for me to bear.

I keep remembering what LP said: she does not think more than 10 minutes ahead. IMO she is not in therapy with a professional mental health worker. This is not to say a professional would not take her as a client; however, she would have a hard time with boundaries and taking responsibility, so therapy probably would not be successful.
I think the DT has tried every way they can to get her into therapy and it has been a huge fail. CM seems to consider making videos about her thoughts as therapeutic and it could be. Problem is FCA is not willingly or is not capable of introspection.
I think she feels like a prisoner with the limitations placed on her by the DT. I think they want to get rid of her but cannot figure out how to do that. Some may stay with her until parole is over, others may stay for the numerous law suits. Might help to send all we find to Morgan.
As far as changing psychologically, don't hold your breath. She loves fun, admiration, the next party. I don't think fame is a big draw, but having admirers is. No conception of how much she is hated.
You would probably enjoy being with her if you knew nothing about her and just wanted a fun evening. Plus, she would help you with whatever you were doing. This is why she will always have people around her.
The emphasis on my things comes from three years in confinement with nothing to call her own. I don't think she ever considered caylee as her own, but as the familys child. You must consider the effect of livingin confinement for three years. It did effect her and, IMO, made her a little fearful and less trusting than before. This is a very good thing, IMO, but on the other hand makes her less likely to engage in psychotherapy. Also binds her to the DT.

I think if she had claimed an accident in the beginning instead of the Nanny kidnapping lie, her attornies could have had her home with only probation on the check charges. Distraught mother, in anguish over the death of her child steals from best friend to get away from the abusive father. Blah, blah, blah. Lie, lie, lie. I definately agree that they just made the OS up in those last weeks. If KC wasn't such a stubborn liar who refused to cop to ANY culpability in Caylee's death, she could have been home right away, spewing her sorrow to AH and letting CA pay her back so that it didn't have to become an issue, and then using the loss of her child to garner sympathy from many, many people. KC is an accomplished liar, but that's about it. All. JMO.
