Resemblance of McDuff and BSL

  • #181
My understanding is that he actually was released on the Sunday of the weekend she was killed and Le believes she was killed on the Friday or the Saturday, before he would have been out.

Oh ok. I have read this timeline before and also read that "release date" and when he actually got out to roam free might be 2 different dates. This is an important criteria for us to know. I wonder if he was actually out, but not technically released? I know it sounds weird, but I have heard it could just be a paper trail technicality.

I just downloaded the ebook.
I am glad to know some of you will be reading it too, worried its gonna be scary.

I think it will be. Ugh! But I truly want to explore if BSL was a copycat or even had some weird thinking, like .... Can't say it just yet.
I have some pretty bizarro people in the family, no rapists or murderers, but their thinking can get pretty skewed! Ha! Married into it! But nonetheless some very bizarre thinking!

In the serial killer thread about BL, Bessie made a post that a neighbor of Jessica's saw a man looking in her window on the Friday night and chased him away. Police believe she was probably killed Friday or Saturday that weekend. It seems unlikely that someone else was peeping in her window and then BL came along and killed her when he was released either Saturday or Sunday. JMO

Post #87 in the thread, can't seem to copy it.

One of Mcduffs first victims was 5'2 and 110 pounds. Sounds like a close description of Mickeys height and weight.

Also, he tore her necklace off after she was killed. He liked collecting things it seems... Hmm

Easier to pick on smaller women, IMO...

It is sooooooo important to know when he got out into the world. "release date" could be just "paperwork"

Well, anyway I emailed LE about this case a few weeks ago when this was being debated...so I am sure they looked into it, or are looking into it and know when he was physically free.

Does anybody have a pic of BSL's hands? I'm not asking for injured hand(s)
I'm asking to see proportion

I read to page 32. Taking a sanity break.
There are details of the first two murders. Hard to read about.

Thank you cluciano63. I feel quite certain there are many crimes to look into. That's why the physical release date is so important.

Indeed he did!
My gut tells me BSL and his author uncle(?) were very interested, for different reasons perhaps, in the sk mcduff.
I keep wondering....did BSL look up to his uncle, or Mcduff, maybe trying to impress or emulate?
Or something weirder but still connecting to Connecting to one and or both?
No opinion yet, just pondering

Ugh! ThAts what I had heard. I plan on reading it though. Because I need to see the similarities and hope to help.
Apparently I can't get it on kindle so I'll need to get it otherwise. I know it's tough to tolerate reading but let's get thru it together. We need to assess if BSL is a copycat, perhaps believing himself a dutiful son, or whatever we come up with. I am here for Mickey and Lisa and the others we haven't put together yet. I hope to help to bring mickeys courageous fight to home base for her and all the others who yet to have a voice in BSL's reign of terror

McDuff has a daughter. It's in the Texas Monthly article 'Free to Kill'.

Melissa Northrup was also 2 months pregnant at the time of her murder. Very sad, just a young mom trying to support her family. She was found a few minutes from my moms home.

Just the thought of Kenneth McDuff gives me chills. I believe he's responsible for more deaths but was too much of a coward to own up to it.

We need a thread for this, so we can slooth it! IMO...

When a woman puts an infant up for adoption
Or a man doesn't sign the birth certificate
I would think the paperwork later in life would
State no children even if they have biological children
If someone else is raising the offspring and there's no
Contact why claim the children?

Yes! We need to investigate this.

Shouldn't his actual release date be public info?
Maybe someone can call the prison, I don't know.
