Theres a reason the state is requesting that evidence, and it's the reason why the defense is fighting tooth and nail to not turn it over.

No! That's the worst part! If she was pro-defense her behavior is rationale. She's not pro anything. She's just a sorry excuse for a judge.

Katiekoolady's post from the previous thread, the one with the photo of Dr. DeMarte, reminded me of a comment someone (sorry, don't remember who) made about a different photo, from Willmott's brilliant cross examination. Dr. DeMarte had a look of complete bafflement on her face, and the comment was "Dr. DeMarte must be thinking 'which one of us is stoned right now.'"

Dr. Horn probably wondered the same thing when Jen the Anatomy Expert was cross examining him.

I'm sure it's considered bad form to respond to one's own post, but here I go anyway.

Dr. DeMarte may not always have been completely in control of her facial expressions, but I LOVED the way she used her Professional Psychologist voice when dealing with Willmott.
