Computer checked out by Flores at 2 pm and returned at 4:51 pm. he needed a cart and multiple trips to transport. Items sealed in plastic.

OT...my DH's jaw dropped when I told him JSS didnt hold BN in contempt for not turning over what JSS is asking for. 20+ years in civil litigation having to deal with defense experts and he's never heard of such a thing.

Perhaps the reason for calling this witness is to indicate that absolutely nothing memorable happened, no hanky-panky with the computers. Surely a representative of the DT would have taken notice if it did.

Or perhaps it's as simple as seeing if anyone for the defense will come forward with the truth. Uh, nope.

Flores says that someone from the defense team plugged in the computer and started it up. "I don't remember seeing them plug it in."

I don't know, I can't see a prosecutor of JM's caliber not knowing what his witness will say. I think this whole exercise is a big red herring from Nurmi et al. Also a delaying tactic.
