incompetence in the evidence would be a question for appeal...defense has to convince of misconduct for this hearing. #JodiArias

Wel, THEIR own expert didn't find any 🤬🤬🤬🤬 either.

And Nurmi reclines in his chair, raking in those taxpayer dollars.

  • #303
JSS is making certain that Travis gets trashed....she was so flustered, fanning herself this morning because Juan was proving this witness to be a liar.
Unfortunately, yes.

BN describes searching Mesa PD's drive for "🤬🤬🤬🤬" & "sex." BN reiterates Mesa PD's drive had the same content. No content removed #jodiarias

Wild About Trial @WildAboutTrial · 3m 3 minutes ago

BN keeps repeating that the content is all on the drive & Willmott tries to quickly move on to another question. #jodiarias

Clearly Mesa PD needs a new Computer Forensic Expert. Slap an ad on Craigslist & let's get this show on the road. #jodiarias

Maybe he thought his method was foolproof and no one would find out?

I think he has a very high estimation of his abilities, all of them.

  • #306
Hmmm. I'm confused. I thought BN was working with a copy of Travis' hard drive that he'd made himself. If it's the same as the amount of data on MPD's copy, then there is an issue with what's being copied over, no? Perhaps the programs they're using are just missing all the viruses and 🤬🤬🤬🤬 that's been scrubbed or quarantined and the only reason BN found it was because he examined that actual lap top? (And then used incinerator to try and cover what ever he did?)

  • #307
After all is said and done at this hearing - how does looking at 🤬🤬🤬🤬 (if there was any, and so far no mention of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬)
have anything to do with a mitigating factor if Jodi should receive the DP?

Willmott is back.

Asks why there are so many virus cleaners on TA's comp.

BN says tons of 🤬🤬🤬🤬 to hide. #jodiarias

:gaah: B . . . S . . . !!!

This is such a freaking lie! There was some particularly nasty malware out there and I know there was one time I downloaded all kinds of things to try to clean mine up. And it didn't come from 🤬🤬🤬🤬. So frantically trying to clean up 🤬🤬🤬🤬 is NOT proof that you went out looking for that 🤬🤬🤬🤬 - it's just proof that you DIDN'T want it, not that you wanted it.

Steely Dan's post (#148) from previous thread:

Thanks here's a jury question and answer I find particularly appalling:

Q: If Jodi saw Travis looking at child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 would it change their relationship?

A: Yes. yes it would change. It's like finding your husband cross-dressing.

I think the better analogy would be It's like finding your husband molesting a little boy. After all that's almost what CMJA saw, right? I don't put cross dressing in the same area code as a child molestation. It's actually offensive to use that as an analogy

Oh, but it did change the relationship. It meant that Jodi had to have even more sex with Travis because she loved him and wanted to help him overcome his pedophilia.

Plus she gave him pamphlets she picked up at a shopping mall.

It's about her original conviction right now. Not mitigation. It's about whether or not the killer's conviction is in danger because of prosecutorial misconduct.

Aha. So there was nothing wrong with MPD's copy. It was all there, just missed for some reason by two "incompetent" experts. Thanks Neumi! :seeya:

And 🤬🤬🤬🤬 was a virus that security programs deleted!!!

JSS allowing 🤬🤬🤬🤬 diversion? She's learned nothing. She doesn't even understand this AM's thrashing of Mr. Eye-See.
Hope, this is what I was saying yesterday. She cannot judge. She doesn't know right from wrong or wrong from right. She cannot discern that the defense is wasting taxpayer money and jurists time.

Wilmott: So if someone testified to lookinng in a registry and finding nothing would tha tbe a red flag to look further?

N: Yes. #JodiArias

Sounds like what they mean is that Jodi told them they needed to look harder for what she had planted, because it had to be there somewhere despite 22 failed attempts by Travis to get rid of it.

This trial ought to come with a warning. 'May cause headache, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite....'

Thank you - got lost in the weeds for a moment :blushing:
