I doubt it. The one taken pointing down on her would have been pretty difficult to do on her own. Where would she have set it?
They're out of focus due to the damage to the camera and the extraction process.
They're thumbnails made large so yeah, they look bad even if they had been decent shots. But it's supposed to be 1:40whatever in the afternoon, why are they all so dark like it's nighttime?
Travis' room seemed pretty dark to me, idk. His whole house did.

Tomorrow morning is a status conference, apparently so JSS can get Nurmi to tell her his time strategy and how much longer he plans to wind this out. Looks to me like the afternoon will be for trial. I don't have any idea what's up with Tuesday, does anyone? Wed. is the neverending hearing continuation and Thursday should be more trial. On Friday Nurmi starts digging for new motions to post by Monday morning.
According to my calculations, we have had 6.5 days of court since Nurmi took over on October 30th. 6.5 days of court in 5 weeks. At some point doesn't one of the judges superiors step in and lay down the law or are we the only ones who notice and care..?
Unless the blinds were closed for sexy times.
Also, when you take a pic with a flash, it can illuminate the foreground and make the rest look darker than it actually is.
What I am saying is that the time stamps on theand stuff could have been tampered (tweaked) with, but if the guy was good then we will never know...
You mean on the computer or the photos? Or both? And tampered with by whom? Jodi? Travis?

I agree it's a little dark for my liking too, but I blame JA. She sucked the light out of everything lol

IMO the pics are what they are and what Juan and the experts said they are. Jodi and Travis took pics during sex (they talked about some poses during phone sex). It is not logical to contend the time stamps are altered on the sex pics but not on the shower pics. Jodi only admitted to being in Mesa at all on June 4 after learning of the camera evidence. She went there to kill him -not anything else. The photos were just to put him at ease and later to get him into a vulernable position in the shower.
Buy the way the H9 http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/sonyh9/3 was the "best" camera for shooting in the dark. I used to have one like this
Because the camera time wasn't set to DLS time? I ignore the time on my camera, I don't date stamp pictures. I just save them with event date like birthdays or holidays or wild animals and birds... boring...
It's really to late to bring up the dates of the pictures and the changes on the computers but hey it's here now.
Juan may have answered a big piece of the puzzle for himself & the family with that 1:44pm vs 2:44 pm. It was manipulated possibly. TA didn't have sex that day with JA, she just snuck in while he was in the shower unexpectedly. He might have returned calls that evening, hey they could have been together for all I know, but I've always doubted the mutual sex pics & her story after seeing the evidence. Computer evidence is a deep hole to dig into. BN & the defense just are twisting it to delay. I expect something tomorrow on the right path. JSS made sure JM got slapped, all is equal, no misconduct with witnesses (obviously they talk back and are obviously coached to use the "slime" word). Put her away for the family and for the state of AZ. Never ever let her out here. I'll pitch a bixch. jmo

I'd think it'd be more likely for the camera to be off than the computer. But time stamps are all we've got right now. So I'll go with that. No point in speculatin'.
You're right. It will really depend on what Juan's expert says was the cause for the update at 1:44. He got BN to agree Travis did it himself. He may have been setting a trap so he can reveal that it was done automatically, and also as a way to set up his evidence that the updates done in 2008 and 2009 were also automatic and BN doesn't know what he's talking about.
He's doing something and that's all I know. AZ & CA are on the same time during June whatever year DLS time came about, going back many years before TA & JA were born. So...I'm curious. That's all.
I think it revealed an answer to the family & the pros. Not sure it would ever be used but will be investigated further. jmo

The thing is I'm just spit-balling here and the fact is there's just not enough information here for me to form an informed opinion... I'll wait until more is known and then try to figure out what happened again. It would be great ,though, if I'd know for sure what HWB (hardware write blocker) the cops used and I could get my hands on the image of the disk...
