I noticed that too, basically a synopsis of what's been said here. I'm betting BK is getting tired of this BS too. Do you know if she goes home every weekend or was it just over Thanksgiving? I can't see any way she can be making out on this deal.

I just saw my post over there too Hope. I haven't commented but you can say there are others here who do not agree with our words being used on another site. It appears the poster has tried to change a word or thrown in a couple of her own words to our actual posts. Not cool and not ok with me!

If anyone reading or posting here is doing that - please stop!

Not a synopsis. That implies someone applied some original thought or effort. What was posted was wholesale plagiarism. Ugh.

It's a beautiful yellow Beach Cruiser, very old but still beautiful to me. My little Schnoodle Miss Molly went after him LOL very funny, he was so scared!

I agree. I don't post there either but I'm surprised sometimes when I go to her site after following here what a different take she has on things. The tweeters just aren't digging into the meat at all it seems.

I just checked her site and there's still Michael and also Peg Mc Grath as moderators now. I saw your post but it may not hurt to contact a mod as well.

I hate thieves too. When I worked or Domino's years ago the drivers would leave their sodas in the cooler. One day I come back and go to the cooler and another driver is lifting my soda to his lips. I said "Whoa! That's mine!" He stopped and screwed the cap back on. "Sorry I didn't know it was yours." My response was "Did you think it was yours? I don't see another soda like that here." He looks at me and goes "Why are you being such a :censored: about this?" I was aghast and said "I'm being the :censored: here? I wasn't trying to steal anything." He grumbled and walked away.

I haven't subscribed ... can only hope BK can put a stop to it, the least a person should do is give credit if using someone else's words/material.

I do not know what the protocol is for Websleuths, but perhaps BK needs to be notified and moderator(s). This is not right and should be followed up. IMHO. That person should be banned from BK's site and her comments deleted. IMHO.

I feel so bad for her. With this trial it has become evident why news stations find it too risky to follow trials.

The judge overruling the defense's many motions for prosecutorial misconduct and to have the death penalty taken away does not favor the defense. If she were trying to favor them, no need to make it so difficult when the defense has made weekly pleas to her to get the death penalty tossed.

She IS being overly cautious. She wants this sentence to stick if it's the death penalty. It's not about her appealing, it's about her appealing successfully. If she says tough nuggets and tells them to just appeal these issues later, there's a chance Jodi's death sentence would be thrown out. Better to handle these things now, no?

I don't think that Judge Stephens favours the defence. However, she really comes across as someone lacking confidence.

Court may as well close down until after Christmas/New Year!

This would be preferable imo, if only to keep JA from enjoying the almost daily excursions from her cell, being able to play dressup for each public appearance, the day long chit chats she gets to engage in with counsel and judging from the few pics posted from court, family and friends too, not to mention being able to keep assaulting TA's family with unproven accusations, plus keep her case high profile enough so her family and associates can keep profiting off her crime.

The only downside would be that the case doesn't move forward until after the New Year.... :facepalm:

What I find telling about this is that the judge is not factored into this at all. According to Beth, Nurmi and Wilmott are running the show and that is acceptable , while the judge seems merely incidental. The murderer is not resuming her testimony because of Judge Stephens, not because of the DT.
