If people are not willing to stand up and testify for JA in public - then so be it. It wouldn't be the first defendant that didn't have someone to stand up and say they had such redeeming qualities they should not be put to death. Why has JA gotten so many more chances than any other person facing the DP? I could see where all the people on death row are now going to sue because they didn't get the same opportunities as Jodi.

I keep reminding myself that this is a "Court of Law" not a Court of "Justice" - but when the laws (ie: no secret witnesses) are being skirted to appease the DT, I am losing total faith in the process as well.

The question is how narrowly the opinion is written. Does it apply only to that witness or to all? Only then can defense go to Supreme Court
