Just my own supposition but it seems like the Bishop is a prosecution witness contained in the State's potential witness list filed on the 19th and the minute entry dated the 22nd orders him to submit to a voluntary interview with JM and now the defense wants to preclude him - does that sound right?

A cartoon comparing ISIS and Jodi with the headline "media manipulators." Jen snapped the picture from her paper and posted it on twitter. I am certain Nurmi got this picture off of Jen's twitter or it was sent to him from the twitter. Otherwise, he probably would never have seen it.

Nurmi is throwing everything he can at the wall today to see if it will stick. It won't. Sequestering jury? Change of venue? Has Nurmi forgotten she was already convicted? She just needs to know her punishment and there are people in Phoenix who don't even keep up with news of the trials. Jodi isn't that important anymore. It's over for her. Oh and a motion to preclude State's witnesses? I am still laughing over that one. Nurmi sit down and shut up. Her 15 minutes of fame are up.

I am with Monica, the hell with this whole trial.
The media should send ONE print reporter and completely boycott they whole dang thing.
So tired of them acting like JA is about to head down the red carpet :furious:

Yup, the exact point of this cartoon, too, janx. It is manipulation. This is another case of Nurmi spending too much time flipping through social media and looking for things in the media rather than using his own brain to argue his case. It's getting old.

I don't think it's really that offensive either. The only thing Jen and twitterers objected to was the depiction of Travis. Otherwise it's spot on.
