Great list gcharlie!!

 Maybe we can "assign" some of our great re-tweeters here to a specific "account" and maybe be we would get a better picture (as you say) on "what" is going on in the trial?? I know that YESorNO won't be able to tweet because she has a low bandwidth :gaah: What do you all think?? Good idea??
I would but I don't know "how" to copy/paste their tweets, as it won't let me pick a section of the tweets to post over here...

I think she was also "sending a message," by the way she killed him, by the way she left him (naked), and planning the murder so that by the time anyone found him, his level of decomposition would likely be enough to even further traumatize his family and friends -- whom she evidently hated. Most of his friends had already rejected her, but had she even met anyone in his family?

ISIS announced their actions to the entire world. Jodi, in true megalomaniac fashion, thought she could hide hers. Ironically, we have never really seen a member of ISIS (enough to identify them.... or have we? I'm a bit out of touch.), whereas there is little of Jodi we haven't seen. Might have made a nice juxtaposition in the cartoon to depict the ISIS member fully cloaked (as he is), while drawing Jodi au naturel (with various bits discretely covered).

Your comment made me wonder......JUST WHY did she moved his body to shower?? It must have taken a lot of adrenalin and strengthen to do that....and wasted a lot of time. What was her motivation to do it? Clearly it was obvious his throat was cut at the entrance to the bedroom, so why move him? And it made cleaning herself harder....

Let's see what people have to say. My thought is that it would be easier to read tweets from a list, where each different tweeter will help to clarify/reinforce what other people are tweeting- for example, you'd see Wild, Jen, Troy et al all tweeting about the same thing at the same time. On the other hand, if you're reading tweets by individual tweeter, you might have to do more backtracking for clarification.

Maybe at the end of each day, we could take the tweets and post them into the Sticky section in chronological order, instead of the normal reverse chronological order that shows up on Twitter. I'd be willing to volunteer for that more than a few times.

I have always thought the gas in the cans were for more than just sneaking through AZ, undetected. I think little Miss may have planned to burn the house down, but thought better of it because of Napoleon or she didn't have time, or because of the room mates. I honestly think she had some type of fire in mind on her murder trip. That was a lot of gasoline.

This sick degenerate with no concept of human decency or compassion is about to be sentenced. She is guilty of murder in the first degree and finally, finally will have to come to terms with what she has done. I am tired of seeing this subhuman's cosmetic, photoshopped "selfies" in the news, tired of the attention she has received simply because she is a brutal female killer.

Ok, if he doesn't think it was premeditated why did he vote for premeditated murder???
Passing strange! He could have voted for felony murder only. Seven jurors voted for that as well as premeditation. True, he would have been the lone juror who came to that conclusion but he doesn't seem to mind being a stand-out figure. I don't understand his point of view at all.

That had crossed my mind way back when,it's not like we couldn't put it past her.
I guess if that wasn't her motivation she would have dragged him to the shower to clean him up,she cut her finger and they found hers and Travis's blood mixed so I guess he could have had her blood on him.

That mysterious fog make you do such calculated things. Perhaps I need to get myself into one to have a pre Christmas clear out of this house.

Hi Josie, I don't think we are spoiled. The problem is Jodi is full of Ch*t. She thinks they will run to speak for her, I wouldn't hold my breath if I were her. I still think she never realized the gag included her! Arpaio has put her in her place. I'm hoping HLN at least tells us who is there etc.. Take care. :seeya:

If Arias had left Travis where he was, he would have been right by the bedroom door, with is roomates' bedroom doors not too far away, making it far more likely that someone would notice a smell of decomposition. The time it took to move him was worth it, to avoid that. (I've also often wondered if there was an extractor fan in the bathroom, turned on.)

Also, it wouldn't have taken much time at all, or required much strength. The total distance was about 14', covered with tile and slippery blood, and of course Travis' body was slippery too, being naked and also covered with blood. To make it easier yet, he was already lying along more than a third of that distance, so she only had to pull him about one-and-a-half times his body length.

Then, for cleaning herself, there was the bathtub right next to the shower. I don't recall any mention of it at trial, but it's certainly the cleanest object in the bathroom. However, I do recall evidence that she'd tried to clean Travis in some way - quite possibly she showered standing over him, or before putting him in the shower.

If you wanted to start a fund for victims of drunk driving, you would not denominate donations in the name of a drunk driver. Arias collected contributions for St. Jude's charity so as to donate them in Travis's name, all the while maintaining he was a pedophile and a violent abuser. This is only one instance of the two conflicting streams coming out of opposite sides of her mouth. On the one side she protests emotionally that there was no reason, no reason, none, to harm or kill him. In another outburst, that all he ever did was to help her, give her money, and food when she was down & out. There is simply no motive, from her own perspective. She has written a stack of glowing tributes to Travis.

On the other side, she claims he is a bruiser (literally) who flew into rages, kicking her and choking the life out of her. And of course, there is the finger. There is no evidence of any of that harm, but still. No evidence of pedophilia, either. Where is the axiom which will help reconcile the contradictions? The way I look at it, something's got to give.
I would hope that what gives is Arias herself, with a shocking slip of the mask. Failing that, the fact that she's facing a jury of 12 essentially disinterested jurors. She's used to conning individuals one-by-one, up close and personal, not strangers who get together and compare notes. And personally, I think that's a large part of the reason she backed out of representing herself. It stymied her chameleon. On the one hand, she couldn't adopt multiple personas in plain sight. On the other, she couldn't figure out a fake personality that would work with everyone.

So, I hope that this jury, like the last, will take all the time they need to compare notes and, like the last, "betray" her.

I think I feel Jodi's migraine coming on.

Hopefully jss has grown a spine this time and tell her to pop a paracetamol or 2 and man up.

I'll need to get my body clock set to AZ time again.

Justice for Travis! Let's roll! Helpfully, juror candidates for this trial will have already been triaged to be willing to vote for death if they finger the aggravating factors warrant it, which they do. She killed him three times, and continues to slaughter him with her baseless, delusional accusations of abuse. This is not a retrial. As for Nurmi, I feel he & JW are doing only what their client directs them to do. Imagine Nurmi who has been on this case for 6+ yrs! The killer may not like him, but for a court appointed defense attorney he has done a good job for the sociopath. I won't be too hard on him. I personally think the killer has no witnesses of merit, that her witness list is smoke & mirrors. She is trying to save her life. The defense will try to present mitigating factors to avoid the death penalty, nothing more, although they may try, Juan will dismiss that. I personally don't think she will get the death penalty, she will be able to sway a couple of jurors to spare her. But who knows. Travis was murdered in a horrendous way. He suffered immensely. And I do think JA would kill again, in her mind she was justified in killing him, she has no remorse. Hope she wears her "Survivor" teashirt over her stripes. That teashirt shows me she has no remorse at all.
