I hope they are going to keep plenty of alternates too. If I remember correctly during the 1st phase, I think we ended up losing 1 or 2 during the actual trial. I think at least 1 of them was removed right around deliberation time too after having sat through the whole trial.

Just hope they keep plenty of alternates.

I actually think one of the defense strategies during that 1st phase was to have enough of them removed where they ran out of alternates and could then declare a mistrial. Luckily they had enough.

Wow, defense should want her on the jury, she seems to be easily persuaded and led.

I am getting really concerned about her not getting the death penalty now.

As much as I want her to get the DP...I have a hard time imagining it happening....I can deal with LWOP...if that's what it truly is...and I do have a hard time imagining any parole board giving her parole.....

Not me. Wishy washy juror might be good to have on. There will be jurors that thinks she deserves death and they will be able to sway her. She sounds easily swayed.

Never thought about it that way....but sounds reasonable to me....I only have a few more minutes...well actually , I have no more free minutes, haha before I go back to work...can anyone tell me the makeup as far as male /female so far....I'm hoping for more female....less chance of someone falling under her "spell"....TYIA

Well, we don't even know if she'll make the jury. Sounds like they want to keep her for now because, while she hasn't decided what JA deserves, she believes in the death penalty. Sounds like a good candidate.

Agreed! Jodi and Casey Anthony both have a way of making men stupid. Neither are particularly attractive, but they think they are the cat's meow.uke:uke:uke:
