It hasn't been verified at all and that inconvenient truth blog referenced in the original post is run by a woman named SW, one of Jodi's most ardent supporters. I would not trust that person's blog as a reliable source, in fact I don't even recommend clicking on that link. She's scary to say the least.

LinTX, your point is well taken. The killer did threaten to dump sewage if she wasn't granted her deal. Not just any deal but the one she proposed. We learned about it and read every word of her brass offer. Martinez alluded to it in court, more than once but without details as to what she was all too ready to divulge. Beggars understanding that long afterward, she was so humiliated & shamed when the sordid material was presented in open court. I do think she was mortified for once, not performing. I think it would be good to revisit her bargaining in this trial to sentence her. It's pretty damning.

The only thing she was mortified by was people hearing the real her. It completely undermined her wilting flower schtick.

I wonder who the new witnesses are for the state? Wonder if any of her twitter friends are among them? Funny how she does not like to be criticized for the minor stuff. Like her sending the letter to Prepaid Legal about not talking bad about her in the breakout meetings because she was arrested. LOL

OK, good to hear. For a minute there I thought there had been some "secret" info provided.

So far though, no evidence of any. Just the same type of gabbing about the trial and the defendant, etc., that was happening everywhere....here, on JVM and NG, Dr. Drew. It was fodder for everyone, as this type of trial will be.

Even JA herself was tweeting via her pals.

So far the only thing in question was the info about the court employee thinking Juan should be stabbed 27 times. I've never heard that but there's no guarantee this was something she wouldn't have heard some other way, and not just that it must have been her husband revealing sealed info to her. And I just can't see him doing that.

There's no doubt about it though, her supporters think this is a huge win, the trump card they've been waiting for that will free Jodi! If it were, they wouldn't have stashed the info away in their stock DP evacuation motion. It would have been a motion all its own, for misconduct. Seems even they know this will go nowhere. They just want to make Flores and his wife look bad.

And if I was the DT, I would be mortified that I had to rely on dubious amateur twitter stings to formulate my legal motions. Seriously, it's like they don't even do their own work anymore. They just rely on SW and her ilk to tattle on people and send them the screen caps.

I blame the court's banker's hours. The dark Fridays and migraine days that went crazy with gabbing on HLN and social media during the trial—that's the whole penalty phase: we have nothing to work with but hashtags and gossip this time. Brace yourselves, WS moderators! ;-)

Edited to ask: Is there some kind of public Twitter list of good, trustworthy reporters who are there in court? Just looking up #jodiarias is bringing in all kinds of nonsense.

Policemens' wives can and do talk about a public trial. Her views are her own and the incident that was suppose to be sealed was revealed by the juror herself, which had nothing to do with Jodi. Just because Jodi does not like some of the comments that were made does not mean Jodi can control them. The detective's wife owes Jodi nothing.

Plus I don't think Mrs. Flores was saying anything that we weren't already saying. LOL jmo

I'm actually shocked that if this is proved to have been Flores' wife, and I'm afraid it was, that anyone in her position would risk her husband's career and reputation like this. It's just not done. That said, I hadn't heard about the judge's ass't. remarks, but it strikes me that those comments would be much more prejudicial than anything Mrs. Flores said...this woman had that strong of a dislike for JM and that's who JSS assigned to the jury? Wow. I'm surprised that JSS didn't seal this motion if for no other reason than to keep that quiet.

I do not think the defense asked for it to be sealed.

They neglected to do so for a reason, IMO.

But I agree, perhaps the judge should have just taken the initiative.

I don't remember her directly threatening him but she said some pretty derogatory things about him. She also had an inmate say she threatened him while in jail and wondered why he didn't like her, but grain of salt and all that.

I'm a psych major and I am seriously baffled by the likes of the SW woman. I went to the site to read for myself what twitter comments she supposedly had from CF, I ended up reading a lot more, and I am befuddled.

She is a normal looking, attractive appearing (although you only see half her face, which in itself is rather strange), well dressed woman... I would guess is in her forties. Not the type of person I envisioned, at all, to be a supporter of Arias.

What is the pathology, I ask in seriousness?

The psychological warfare she engages in is so weird to me. Is she a wife... a mother? Who is she? Anyone know?

I don't know who she is and go out of my way to avoid her except this time it was unavoidable. She's a very strange woman and she is EVERYWHERE. Anytime I'm reading a article on Jodi, there she is, spewing her hate and nonsense. She's obsessed. And, apparently, Jodi doesn't want anything to do with her, though that's only from the back of my head. I can't remember exactly what was said or what happened.
