Probably just looking at his copy of the juror questionnaire. Maybe monica is the one who would need 'notes', lol! That was a snarky ittle tweet, IMO. Or Juan jotted down something significant he wanted to ask.

So maybe she understands that a male can also be a victim of DV, or will she identify too much with the convict? I'm not sure she should stay on the panel. :moo:

Martinez just stepped up to question potential jurors. He is getting their assurance that they can accept what the judge will instruct: Jodi Arias has been convicted of first-degree premeditated murder. (In other words, their job is not to ponder her guilt or innocence. They must accept the prior verdict.) He is now focusing on whether each juror, if convinced the evidence supports it, can return a verdict of death.

I don't think victims or perpetrators of DV should be on this jury.

Good luck with that, when I had a summons for a Friday it was to fill out a questionaire for a capital case, to return on Monday for the grilling.
