Martinez is questioning a 23 year old man who is a recent convert to LDS. Martinez is asking questions about how he will handle it if he hears from someone who professes to be LDS and says something he knows is a lie. "How will you handle that?" he asks. "I don't know...I'll have to go with what the person says." "Even if you know they're lying?" "Yes, because it's what they believe." Hmm.

The same 23 year old man is still answering questions from Martinez. "The death penalty is an extreme measure of punishment but if the the crime is extremely horrible, then I believe in it."

This 23 year old is basically opposed to the death penalty though he believes he could return a death verdict under the right set of facts. He'll probably make it to the next round but I wouldn't expect Martinez to keep him.

The 23 year old man made it to the next round. He'll return on 10/16 for the final round of questioning after which the attorneys will exercise up to 10 peremptory challenges each.

Yeah, A couple of Jeff's tweets bordered on possibly liking Jodi in some sort of weird physical connection. I think he has been talking too much with Keifer. When Keifer was gone yesterday and told us to follow Jeff instead, it proved those 2 talk together. I think Keifer gave Jeff some of his cool aide. LOL

I agree. I don't want to read that her neck is "creamy". That sounds like a romance novel and makes me want to barf!!uke:uke:uke: I really don't care if a convicted murderer has creamy soft skin male or female!! Nor do I care who is wearing Salmon or what they are eating, that's not levity- it's irrelevant and wasting my time. And I do hope that they read here and read that!
