Does anyone posting here TRUTHFULLY believe they could be impartial? If it really came down to it and you were chosen for the jury?

I'm passionate about Justice for Travis. However, if I were called to be a juror on this case then I would be objective. I honestly think I could go in with an open mind, weigh the aggravating and mitigating factors and then decide on life versus death. Perhaps I'm fooling myself. :thinking:

Remember those "abusive" texts came in with the same batch where he also said, "I sent you a response to your dire conversation that I hope you read, because you need to read it. Maybe it will spark human emotion in you, something that only seems to exist when it comes to your own problems, but everyone else is just a part of your sick agenda. I have never in my life been hurt so bad by someone, but why do I even say it because you don't care? It doesn't serve your evilness. I don't want your apology. I want you to understand what I think of you. I want you to understand how evil I think you are. You are the worst thing that ever happened to me. You are a sociopath. You only cry for yourself. You have never cared about me, and you betrayed me less than any example I can conjure. You are sick and you have scammed me."

He was really, really angry with her over something she had done. Whatever it was, it didn't have the effect on Travis that she wanted it to have, and then she killed him.

I agree completely. And with Travis also! I was thinking IF there were some other texts along the way, from what Jeff said. Some we don't know of.

KCL just verified that the State never offered a plea deal to #Heinous. It was she that submitted an offer and it was promptly rejected by the State.

Yes. This was learned very early on in the case. She submitted a motion in an attempt to blackmail the state into accepting her plea to second degree murder. They laughed and said no.
