Rabid dog? Sounds more like Arias considering she might be off to death row.

I don't think Juan's a rabid dog. He's an aggressive, successful prosecutor fighting for justice. I like his style!!! And it's effective.

@monicalindstrom: The juror that believes #JodiArias is not remorseful has left the building and never to return

Of course not. She was honest. Dammit.

@ericksonvision: The 5th prospective #jodiarias juror is here now. Husky guy, goatee, cool glasses like mine.

@ericksonvision: Like a few of the others, this juror has had co-workers talking to him about the case. #jodiarias

Agree 100% I think the critics are just jealous!

Now I know. You can't be on a jury being honest. You have to be tricky or lie. So no one will ever know what a jury will do when people can't be honest. Hmmm. Very disturbed by this. I guess next, we will have jurors getting paid for their votes.

@ericksonvision: Guy saw media coverage where the commentators were "swaying" the audience based in their speculation. #jodiarias

135 is a middle aged man with rather large laptop bag. #jodiarias is not looking at him. Possibly crafting.

135 doesn't have enough facts to have an opinion on #jodiarias.

A man? Noooooooo! Men can't see JA for what she is.

Thank you for this post... and the BBM is about the saddest part of all. God bless Travis and what he had to endure.

I have so often wondered how he felt and what went through his mind as she made the first stab in the shower. As if his death wasn't horrific enough, the mental part must have been unbelievable. Hoping you can soon rest in complete peace, Travis.

@ericksonvision: Man has clearly seen a LOT of coverage on this. Says it won't affect his objectivity. #jodiarias

Doubt it.

For everyone thinking I was making Travis look bad by suggesting he had sent some abusive texts, I was simply replying to what Jeff Gold said. That maybe he knows something we don't. As for the one we know about that Daisy quoted, of course TA had every right to be angry. My opinion was that IF Travis sent an abusive text at a different time, I STILL BELIEVE IT TO BE JODI'S FAULT. Hope that is clear.

Curious, you're being overly sensitive, noone is blaming you.:grouphug: We're just frustrated at the reporters who look at things out of context, and then find a reason to sympathize with Jodi. Of course if you look at Travis's words alone, without looking at why he said those things to her, it looks bad. They've tried to make him out to be a player, but except for not committing to Deanna, I don't see it, despite what the Hughes's emails accused him of.

He is indeed effective, though I don't care for his style very much - I find him offensive and demeaning. I am though beyond impressed with his knowledge and his quick reflexes and deep knowledge of the law. My fave prosecutor is still Nell from the Oscar Pistorius trial. And the cutie pie from Michael Dunn's

I am also disturbed by it. On one hand, I am all for public access and broadcast of trials; but on the other hand I have to admit this gives the jury pool a lot of access to prior proceedings that will of course bring them in with previous knowledge and sometimes strong opinions. Not a perfect system fo sho!

Truthfully, I believe Travis is at peace. This spectacle of justice is for those left behind. The last conscious thoughts are horrific to imagine which I why I don't go there.
