Is anyone surprised that's why Jodi wanted to represent herself again? Same old, same old. I can't believe people thought her attempt was legitimate this time.

My bet is Juan's evidence the letters are forged is just too good or the defense would present them anyway. Strike two on the letters. Jodi can say it's the state withholding evidence all she wants. It's not withholding evidence if the letters come in and he presented an expert to show,they're forged.

Judge has not heard the evidence that is in question. Motion to preclude is denied. These are rebuttal witnesses btw. #jodiarias

Court won't preclude state rebuttal witnesses but the defense can ask to preclude again after trial gets going. So denied #jodiarias
