I am really glad we are not being exposed to her nakedness. Ick

Yeah, but...there's nude photos and then there's...nude photos. Some is pornographic and some is not. Depends on the pose. And just look at some of the poses in this case!

Urgh! Do we have to? Looking at them the last time was bad enough!

I think Nurmi is stalling so the day doesn't end with pictures of Travis dead in the shower. He doesn't want the jurors to have that image in their mind as they leave for the day. Just my thoughts.

Bingo.

Don't shoot me but for an attorney who Doesn't want to be there and doesn't want to represent Jodi Nurmi is doing everything he damn well can to get Jodi a sentence of anything but death. I have to respect that he has shown up and is trying to do his job.

That DOESN'T mean I agree with what he's doing though. At all.

Not so much delicate as oh IDK, irrelevant? As far as speaking of alleged abuse by TA of JA. The important part of all that is she did not live with him and it was her who took the initiative to move to AZ and then once back in Cali to travel to him...all while he was supposedly an abusive monster.

Sure, he probably went to her a few times in the very beginning. But she has never claimed he was abusive at that time (except for that ridiculous claim at the baptism). So his visiting her a few times early on is basically irrelevant to the events that followed. IMO.

I only used the term "delicate" because I did not want to say people were sniping about it.
Was myself trying to be "delicate" ;)
I posted the visit before I saw it was being argued as pro/con abuse.

While trying to catch up at work, I saw Nurmi is now say that her dad chocked her until she passed out. Where did this come from all of a sudden. Was she in a fog growing up too?? Unbelievable the lengths and the lies he will come up with. Wonder if dad has known this would be said to try and spare her life. I did not see any mention of a wooden spoon.

I understand, Nymeria. Posts move fast at times and what you post does not show up until pages later and then appears to be out of the loop--when really, it wasn't when you typed it! :)

Yeah, and I don't believe for a second JA is bothered by all those photos of her being shown! When I think of her, sewer water, vinegar, eew just smelly, greasy hair come to mind! Nothing sexual about her!

Gosh what a trip down memory lane. I remember the photos contributing to much convo about hiney bleaching and vaj rejuvenation.

No, you are excused from looking again.

Thank you, a million times thank you. It wasn't that long ago I saw them as I didn't see the original trial so watched it in September start to finish. Those photos turned my stomach tbh.

My thanks button is not working. Thank you to all those who are posting the tweets. Thanks also to each and every member here for comments, support etc. This trial is a little more bearable because of Websleuths and all of you! :loveyou::tyou:

3:20 Flores resumes his direct. The Mesa PD never forensically examined a Helio phone reported stolen on May 10, 2008. It was examined by a defense witness, Lonnie Dworkin. Now, he’s identifying the items of clothing recovered from the washer and laid out on a table. The include undergarments (male garments in the LDS religion). Flores explains: In LDS church, if you’re temple worthy, you wear these garments.

3:23 Flores identifies more photos: the laundry room, piece of duct tape, memory card from the camera.

The responses when the pics came up here were hilarious. We all felt the same way at the same time. It really broke the tension

Yep, saw that too. I imagine he transferred to a differnt division? I can imagine homicide is exhausting.

Now, looking at photo of naked Travis on the bed. The duvet cover or sheet in that photo looks the same as the one from the dryer photo.

I soooo agree! I didn't click the thanks button very often because I was tearing through the posts, trying to catch up. Now that court is done for the day, I can slow down and use it. In the meantime, like rose222, a big THANKS to everyone here. (Hah!! I'm kind of getting nostalgic for the days here during the first trial.)
