If you were on the jury and it came time for questions, would you ask why Nurmi is trashing the victim? I would. I also would bet those questions are asked but that JSS has to set them aside.

This is the kind of nonsense right here that I hold Judge Stephens responsible for. These rancid lies that Nurmi and Jodi dreamed up should have never been in the first trial, nor do they belong in the sentencing phase. This garbage is for shock value and shock value only.............it serves absolutely no purpose what-so-ever in this trial.

There might have been an argument to keep it out under the guilt phase (although I wouldn't have felt 100% comfortable that the ruling would survive appeal), but JSS really has no option legally to keep it out during this phase IMO.

BBM--This is going to backfire with the jurors that are younger. The practice of shaving and waxing the lower region is very common among both men and women today. Don't think they will take kindly to their waxing/shaving habits implied/likened to being a pedophile or having pedophilia

I have said it before, and now more than ever, I'm convinced the DT has set their sights on an older female juror.
