The same day in which CMJA called and texted and tried to manipulateTravis to get together but he was busy. That's the day the boy pictures never happened.

And the next day when she used his phone without permission and borrowed money and offered to take him out for lunch is the very day when the abuse didn't happen.

Right, the second day. That's what I am saying. This is the day Jodi claims Travis broke her finger.

I can feel actual anger in my body. The idea that men preferring it bare down there indicates pedophilia is so antiquated. Think some of those women on the jury wax????

I have a hard time taking anything this woman says seriously if she is really contending that men who prefer women with Brazilian waxes are demonstrating a predilection for little girls. That is absurd. She is supposed to be a sex expert? In what century?

O/T My godson needed an email account so I could download some games to his tablet, I did not want my bank info on his tablet, so I used amazon gift cards for download. They required an email account, and would not allow me to use my own. I then created an account for him, and his dad also uses it for the same reason, to add money to his amazon account for game downloads.

If I were Juan, I'd get this guy on the stand saying it was a mass mailing and ask the DR. how the jury can rely on ANY of her testimony after such a blatant blunder.

It goes to show just how WRONG someone can be in interpreting emails.

Yes! I was so confused during the first trial when Jodi said that the "finger breaking" incident supposedly happened as a result of her refusing to lend Travis money. Yet, it was shown in text messages that a day or two later that he deposited money in HER account. I was frustrated because JM was so focused on the car issue, who lent the car to who and when, and didn't question CMJA on that glaring inconsistency.
