My granddaughter, who is 27, wakes me up sometimes at midnight to chat by text. Of course I always tell her I am old and need to sleep and don't understand why the younger generation can't make a phone call. But she does her best texting at midnight. Lol. This old witness is making me feel young!

In trial both forensics people said no , and JM's motion actually said the opposite of what Kiefer is saying. JM said TA's computer wouldn't have even been able to access those sites, much less download anything from them. I suspect defense found some log with those link addresses in them, maybe even Spybot's log and used them for this trumped up motion.

I disagree with this statement from Fonseca - she never wanted to be a "good Mormon" - she just wanted to be Travis' wife.

If this were a true statement, JA could still follow the tenets of the faith. Speaking of . . . does anyone know if Ms. JA was ever formally "excommunicated" from the LDS religion?
