I believe in the original court testimony when Lisa was being questioned by JM Lisa stated that Travis was the one to put the breaks on. It appears expert did not do any research when these witness testimonies were available.

If you were on the jury and it came time for questions, would you ask why Nurmi is trashing the victim? I would. I also would bet those questions are asked but that JSS has to set them aside.
