Since JSS allowed the question she ought to also allow JM's showing that it didn't happen, like in the first trial.

And of course, Fonseca can, god-like, distinguish between truth and pathological lying. Because she's an expert.

This is the kind of nonsense right here that I hold Judge Stephens responsible for. These rancid lies that Nurmi and Jodi dreamed up should have never been in the first trial, nor do they belong in the sentencing phase. This garbage is for shock value and shock value only.............it serves absolutely no purpose what-so-ever in this trial.
