@TrialDiariesJ: Bombshell Motion for Sanctions Filed by Juan Martinez in the #JodiArias Re-Trial http://t.co/cRDI0xJVw1 #TheTrialDiaries

So the defense provided a copy of some other hard drive? Did they think the state wouldn't notice?

LOL omg really???? I must have been using the wrong definition of "distancing" all these years!

Distancing?: Continuing to harass from miles away, stealing guns, planning murders driving hundreds of miles to have sex and kill....thats distancing? HMMM

What I don't get is that if Travis was so manipulatively charming why didn't every other woman turn into creepy stalker girl just to be with him?

Because she's a special traumatised, 'mentally ill' girl snowflake unlike the others.

@TrialDiariesJ: Fonseca says it could have been a mass mailing but this just adds to piece of puzzle #jodiarias #3tvarias

To me that says she knows it's a mass mailing.

That's what it looks like. And Juan wants the correct mirror image today.

I know this witness is getting to us, but remember Juan will show that there was something that Jodi did to betray Travis and he unloaded on her about it, and it just happened to be when Jodi stole a gun and killed Travis. Now I if was a juror I would I'd think long and hard on that, and go hmmmm, and why did she go there with a gun if not to threaten or kill Travis.

Plus she's already been convicted of murder, in a really heinous cruel way...

Awww, look, she's wearing a big ole heart pin. I wonder if that's a religious medal around her neck.

That whole defense team is so disgusting. Ugh.

What do you predict the verdict will be?

I'm not able to predict as I still don't know enough about the jury system. What happens if the 12 don't agree on i.e. DP? I will have to inform myself but I actually have so much work and I'm already neglecting it quite a bit :ohoh: by just reading your interesting posts here.

Which verdict would I wish is still more difficult to answer for me as DP is not part of "my universe".
But where is an adequate place in our world for a being like JA?
Can such a madness, such an evilness be treated as long as she thinks she is totally normal and exceptionnaly intelligent?

Down the rabbit hole...

I think the viruses could be genuine, because they line up with it being signed out that day. But I think the off the grid expert Jodi got destroyed it because he could see there was a more innocent reason why the deletions occurred. OR it was an accident that he damaged it. But providing a mirror image of a random computer???

What's happening? Why would they do that?

Just an idle thought - each of us has a hinky meter. For some of us it's more astute than others. Many people will never get close to a psychopath because they can just sense something isn't quite right - like the hair on the back of your neck raising or you noticing their eyes look 'dark' or cold. I've even heard some say they had a literal instinct to run. Others though will ignore, or sometimes not even have, such a gut reaction. It's those people who become a psychopath's victims.

The way a psychopath operates is by appearing, superficially, immensely charming, reasonably intelligent, friendly, gregarious, warm. It's a facade, of course, that will show cracks as soon as the psychopath faces any hostility or calling them out for their behavior. But it's the facade that allows a psychopath to entrap people initially - the more successful the psychopath, the longer victims remain friends, coworkers, and lovers. The least successful have extreme difficulty maintaining any relationships and employment.

Jodi is not a successful psychopath. The 'best' ones make you question your own reality instead of you being able to see a literal web of lies. She doesn't deceive well. She isn't well-versed at evoking sympathy. She isn't even likable - and many 'good' psychopaths can be difficult not to like, at least at times. Until you know better of course. ;)

You hear stories about Travis...he was charming, likable, gregarious - but any comparison to a psychopath would have to stop there. He did for others. He spoke about others. He gave to others. The mark of any psychopath, 'good or bad', begins and ends with me, myself, and I. They are perpetual victims and masters of the universe, both in one, constantly.

Has Keifer jumped on the new motion to report it yet? NO? But...but he was the first to report Nurmi's request for dismissal and sanctions...why isn't he reporting Juan's motion too? :: eyeroll::

So predictable.

Yes, and it's decent people like TA who always look for the good in others who can so easily become a victim to psychopaths.

ABOUT TIME! Let's see if Nurmi and Wilmott want to be Jodi's next victims since they seem to be cowtowing to her very wish. "Egregious!!"

If Only,
I could be the jury foreman. I would first and foremost ask, plead, beg that we, jurors, set aside all the PsychoBABBLE, since it is basically interpreting words of others, and move on. I have a feeling the remaining days weeks months years millenniums of this hearing is, so unfortunately, going to be nothing more than PsychoBabble!! It could be a short deliberation.

Today being in the next 10 minutes, looks like. "No later than noon on Monday, November 17"

And then damaged the Compaq so their findings couldn't be verified.

Motion is huge IMO also. Would like to hear what the court of appeals decides and hope sanctions against defendant are handed down swiftly.

It's almost 1:00 there!

This like when you tell a lie as a child and a grown up catches you out, so you tell another one, and that lie is caught, and another, until the gown up just doesn't believe you anymore and you're backed into a corner. Juan knows they didn't make a mirror image. He's calling them out.
