What would happen IF this "sexpert, textpert", mindreading Nostradamus witness (DR. F.) could not return to court for cross examination? I am not thinking this is the emergency, but just a "what if" question. Stranger things have happened I suppose.

Well let's go with the first trial. If there is an emergency, that means Nurmi gets to spend all of Thursday with this witness. Juan won't get to cross until next week, which is the week of Thanksgiving. You have to give it to Nurmi, he must stay awake at night finding reasons to delay this trial while he rakes in thousands of dollars. And if there is some accidental reason for a mistrial, all the better. He makes my skin crawl.

Well she has to, as Charterhouse just said above. If she actually died or something, I suppose we'd have another mistrial on our hands.

To be serious, when I was using Windows PC I used Spybot Search and Destroy a lot. It found and fixed lots of things without adding 89,000 registry entries and carp that something like Norton/etc. did.
