Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 10

Could one of the jurors or irreplaceable staff members have a dental emergency? Like needing a root canal? Would the judge then be looking to make up court time by having court late or on Fridays?

Not in AZ, at least from following several trials in AZ. Always dark on Friday. Always. JMO

Fridays are reserved generally for arguments in other cases. But I have absolutely had judges reshuffle things and add a trial day on a Friday, especially if we are likely to lose jurors if the trial goes past the promised "end date."

The 2015 dates are for a motion pending before a different judge that asks for the death penalty notice to be dismissed for a dozen or so cases. I don't recall if anyone has posted the actual motion so we can see the supposed reason for the request.

I have a suspicion we'll see another mistrial before Stephens holds court, for this trial, on a Friday. She seems to think that jurors lives can easily be rearranged to fit the defense schedule.

She did schedule a Friday during the guilt phase at the end and even had them work late into the evening.

Okay this is just BS, I live in Hawaii I would guess about 75% of us women get waxed.

MANY men and women do this. It is laughable that anyone could even consider that this was something unique to Travis and Jodi.
