On the other hand, the defense was handed a huge gift with a bright, shiny bow on top, in that Travis and some of his friends (Chris and Sky, most prominently) considered philandering, inability to commit, not being married and having children, plus assorted other insignificant-in-the-grand-scheme-of-things things to be significant, because they were using an ENTIRELY different scale than Jodi and her defense team are using. Maybe he could be a jerk, maybe he was really conflicted about his religious beliefs, maybe he lost his temper when manipulative psychopaths pushed him over the edge, but his guilty conscience and Sky's wagging finger have nothing whatsoever to do with the kind of "abuse" that Jodi is accusing him of! The only people who are maintaing otherwise are being paid by the defense! (Oh, also the psychopath's psycho sycophants, who obviously have such keen insight into the evil that lurks in the hearts of men especially Travis...)

How many years and how many millions of dollars is Arizona willing to spend arguing semantics with this horrible woman? Who has already been convicted of first degree murder!!

Also, I think one of Jodi's truly special talents is her knack for turning anything and everything into ammunition. Send her flowers? You're provoking an allergy attack. Bake her cookies? Undermining her weight loss efforts. Take her on a date? Toying with her fragile emotions. Helpfully remove unnecessary heavy items from her backpack before a hike? Well, OK, that one is pretty weird.

Does this take it back to the state to answer for this mess up? If Tony is the tech that the state hired, then could the mixup with hard drives have happened back at the start? I hope not.

Why would a Tony made a copy for a different computer for the state? They had Travis 's compact not a dell.

Ok, my head is spinning.

The damage was already done? Then how were they able to view the hard drive and Juan isn't? Why didn't they make note of damage after it was picked up?

If Travis visited all this before the virus attacked, why wasn't it found in the initial examinations? Where did it go? Where did it come from?

Why would the state delete from the computer in 2009 when a mirror image had already been made in 2008 and was in use?

So...here we are again.

I think she is saying that when the state asked for a mirror copy to verify the sites claimed by the defense, this "Tony" was hired to make that copy. And apparently he did so on a different brand of computer.

I don't think so. Nurmi is going to run out the clock or throw something out and see ya in court next Monday. If he does anything , he'll do what he did last time and was give Juan just a hour or so then the days over.
