I don't want the jury to think he's being over-aggressive (with an older woman).

He's a very successful prosecutor. His style works for him. He will dismantle her and her lies. I'd be more offended by her 'psychological vomit' (ha!) than by hard hitting questions. She WANTS us to see her as the victim.

If she changes her opinion that would be the ethical thing to do but of course she would probably get no more work from defense attorneys either.

So no matter what he shows her she will stick by the same opinion. Experts that don't give up anything to the other side show they are hired guns and are paid to testify one way only.
