abused Jodi, who had her self-esteem destroyed by Travis, which naturally made her snap and become violent on that ONE occassion, an aberation brought on by the serious abuse, that tale is popped like the full of hot air bubble it is. Juan has plenty to paint a true portrait of Jodi. The defense instead of focusing on mitigation has tried to destroy the victim. Will this so incense the jury she'll be more likely to get the DP? Juan has been very successful on these second chance penalty phases so I think he has a good plan already in motion. I doubt he's ever had a case like this though. But if I had to bet on a side I'd take Juan.

I think there's a lot more that she hasn't seen than she has seen. The defense let her see what they wanted-poor bewildered beaten down little Jodie baby...

Guess the defense did good trying to prepare the Sexpert for cross. Don't answer nothing! Play dumb! Tell him you can't hear him! Try to be all sort's of cornfused. Give pleading eyes of distress and in need of help to the judge. Oh and NADA ZILCH to anything that makes our little CMJA look less then a saint. sheeeeeesssshhh!!

I wrote down some of Travis comments below that really shows what Jodi was doing to him and the ways in which she was doing it. We sometimes nonchalantly call her a
phsychopath, but these comments from someone who knew her best defines her as a
real phychopath in my opinion. She was very scary and evil and vindictive and
she obviously did a lot of damage to him well before she decided to go ahead
and kill him.

She most likely realized he was not going to let the things she did ruin him and that
must have bothered her greatly so the only option in her sick mind was to really
kill him because the other damage she did was not good enough in her opinion.

And this is why she frightens me to this day. She really is as evil and dangerous
as we think she is. And she is sneaky and vindictive in how she goes about being
evil. We need to uncover her cloak so all can see the evil amongst us.

Hopefully she is going to be locked up where she cannot hurt anyone else however
even the prisoners need to keep their guard up around her.

Thank you so much for putting this together. It really is frightening. I know we will always wonder just what it was that JA did to Travis that finally opened his eyes to the evil inside her. I pray this jury gives JA the death penalty.
