Based on #JodiArias' responses in the messages, Dr. F explains that Jodi feels that she is worthless and has been worn down by TA.

If she didn't have an agenda, one would think this expert had never met a sociopath in her career. So indicative - passive/aggressive.

I don't think he was a saint. But he sure was incredibly patient with her. And no,I don't see being hostile in one of 82,000 communications as being a jerk. Whatever she did to provoke thst message, I have no doubt that she deserved and had earned every last word.

Clearly he had held in his anger too long. One moral of the story, imo.

I'm sure he had ample reason and I don't blame him at all for his anger and hostility. But I'm not going to pretend those texts weren't vitriolic, they were. And Arias must have pushed a lot of his buttons. It is what it is.

See, I think it's okay to realize that the victim wasn't perfect, wasn't an angel, and did have a side to him that wasn't always kind. That just means he was human. The defense is trying so hard to show that's a (good) reason for him to be murdered, as if Arias had no choice. And that's a huge mistake, IMO. Anyone on that jury panel with any common sense must realize that the victim was killed in a pre-planned, premeditated murder, and his behavior and communications are not a mitigating factor. I have faith that Juan will make sure that is well understood.

Travis says, "I loved someone who never existed. Go ahead and write your worthless email." Please may the jurors ask themselves what this was about. Obviously Jodi did something that resulted in this tirade.

I wish they could have seen her in front of Juan Martinez. So obviously NOT a shrinking violet or victim. And so obviously devoid of feelings for Travis. She can listen to his recorded voice without a speck of solemnity. In fact she will giggle and seem inattentive. Nothing fazes her. No remorse!

Go ahead and write your worthless email? That's new. And interesting. An email to Mimi perhaps, about the sex tape?

Oh, I see. So Jodi did Travis a favor, then. He wanted to kill himself anyway!

Look, Travis made choices along the way too. He could have totally ignored her forever and refused to ever engage with her again. It's not an excuse for him being murdered, and please don't think I'm saying it is. They both made choices, some not healthy. If Travis were alive I'm sure he'd agree.

However, none of those choices gave anyone the right to kill. Arias made that choice and it was premeditated and pre-planned. By her own choices and her own actions of committing a heinous and cruel murder in the first degree, she well earns consideration of a death sentence.

In my opinion, Travis was NOT a player, nor was he verbally abusive towards her. Jodi earned how he treated her. Granted I would've said much worse things to her than "You are the worst thing that's ever happened to me" and I would've gotten a restraining order and called the cops when she showed up, but Travis was too nice and naive to know how to deal with her level of crazy. He didn't really believe she was an ax-murderer or he would've kicked her out the minute she showed up.
