I watched that interview AS did. What a b'ser she is and scary. Pretty much the very end
after the interviewer was done she gave away that whole waste of time WAS a waste of time!!!! And to add a Cherry on top she said she Would kill again if need be. That would be an exact replica of what cmja would pull in an interview.

True but imo she taped it without his knowledge and if the call is recorded in CA both parties have to agree to being taped.

I understand. But it's still irrelevant as she was never charged with illegally taping a phone conversation. On the other hand even if she did it legally (didn't need his permission) it doesn't necessarily make it right.

My point is even if what she did was not illegal, it was wrong if she did it without his knowledge even if the law didn't require it, because she might have done it for nefarious purposes (blackmail, etc.). The tweeter seemed to be missing the purpose for JM asking about whether TA knew JA was taping the call.

No more than not interviewing the Hughes to see what their e-mails meant!! I think they had a totally different view of the terms "abusive" & "sociopath" as they do now...
