Well... let's see one time was the job she didn't have at a place that didn't exist in the place she said it was (to Ryan Burns), to Alyce she cut it slicing apples, to Flores it was injured while fighting off the ninja's, to the first jury it was sliced cleaning up one of the oh so many glasses she broke at Travis house. What else am I missing?

The unluckiest finger in the history of time! How convienient that it just so happens to be the same finger that Travis broke as well....the only thing she didn't blame it on was her cat. Oh, wait......

OMG Frigga! You have such an excellent memory!

You are missing the 1/22 or 1/23 and 2/5 or 2/6 dates for viewing of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 whether it was 1) paper copies or 2) internet was a factor in this fingerish saga.

The Gef was the last possible witness, other than the killer herself, who can tell the jury a story about what happened on June 4.

He didn't. I suppose its possible for the DT to do so somehow through cross of the State's witnesses, but I doubt it. Though it defies common sense that she would, I'm guessing now that JA will indeed take the stand.

Hi guys, just jumping in for a minute - I always feel like I'm hijacking a conversation when I don't apologize first for doing so, so I'm sorry! Okay, does this not sound like MM is the child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 viewer? IMO, there is no other explanation for MM being so frantic about it.
I personally think if it was anything at all it was just your regular every day pr0n image(s) on the Bishop's computer. But to a Mormon that's still a no-no. How the story morphed to TA and kiddie stuff 14 years later is anyone's guess. But like I said before, if that's the story the defense is going with, I'm happy as all get out Juan was able to turn it around and put it all back on McWitness1 to discredit him and his mouthpiece, Geffner in front of the jury.

My guess is that her life has to be revealed first for the fairy tale that it was. All
lies. Even to herself. You have to know that before you can make this jury understand why she would kill him 3x over. She wanted his life. I don't think she would have ever wanted his children. They would have been in her way. Jodi has more than killed Travis. She has tried to damage his memory and Juan wants to let this jury see that Travis was not a bad guy. MOO.

Oh, I totally agree JM's doing what he has to do, and magnificently. I'm just looking ahead. The DT either has JA next or they're done, and I find it an amazing thing indeed that they put on an entire mitigation case without talking about the murder.

I thought another one was that she sliced it on some piece of equipment at the bar rather than on a margarita glass.

Some shelf was one of the MANY stories.

  • #689
And she said she came over to 'help' him put the Xmas decs away---yet he had 2 male roomies. Why would he need her help to do that?

Everyone that knew Travis knew he kept his home spotless. No way he would let boxes of Christmas decorations just sit there for that long.

And as someone already said, Flores found no Christmas decorations in Travis' attic.

Its just another example of how she cant keep her lies straight.

IMO

Then, there is what really happened, she sliced it to the tendon when she murdered Travis.

One takeaway from today is that JA is a Christian Scientist, because she never sought medical help for her numerous injuries.

They likely would like to see Jodi get LWOP without ever having to mention the murder. Just keep saying she did "a bad thing". I now wonder if she will testify again about her memory of this "bad thing" she could never imagine herself doing. And yet she planned it and carried it out and covers her tracks while in a deep fog. I hope she doesn't but I wouldn't mind seeing Juan go at her. She would likely fly at him in a rage with her snarky attitude.

hristian Scientist, because she never sought medical help for her numerous injuries.

Can you imagine while she is in Perryville and maybe gets in a tussle with someone, maybe gets a broken bone and she gets xrayed? Wonder if it will come out later than she has never had broken bones or bruises from her past?

FWIW - here's the testiphony about the "alleged" masturbatory conduct that JA says occurred in the "afternoon" (and she states he was "on the bed" masturbating), Jody's request to exchange cars, and then going over later to sex herself up from behind (aka bass-ackward sex).

I do seem to remember, however, that she also testified he was "kneeling" on the floor. Have to find that (may have been Nurmi)

0:22
Juan: You claim that you had already left Mimi’s Café in the early afternoon, right?
Jodi: Yes. I didn’t say early. I said sometime in the afternoon.
Juan: But you can’t tell us the time, right?
Jodi: That’s right.
Juan: But at 6:41 p.m.you are talking about trading cars before FHE (Family Home Evening), right?
Jodi: Yes.
Juan: And FHE starts at 7:00 o’clock in the evening, doesn’t it?
Jodi: I don’t remember.

Juan: Well, you were a practicing Mormon, weren’t you?
Jodi: Yes. (pause) Sort of…

(Comment: Jodi was baptized Mormon 11-26-2007, the “masturbatory” event “allegedly” occurred just 2 months after her baptism, later and she replies that she is “SORT OF” a practicing Mormon? Really?)

Juan: And you attended FHEs, you were telling us about that, right?
Jodi: Yes, I did.
Juan: And, of all of those times that you attended, didn’t they start at 7:00?
Jodi: I don’t remember.
Juan: Isn’t it true that they lasted about an hour, Family Home Evenings?
Jodi: Yes, roughly an hour.
Juan: And then at 7:19 p.m. you’re sending him a text
Juan: You said that this incident of masturbatory conduct occurred in the afternoon.
Jodi: It did.
Juan: So it would have happened before 7:19 p.m., right?
Jodi: Yes.
Juan: And you told us that no, he kept calling you and …
Jodi: I went um…back out to my car to get my purse and my phone and I saw that there was some missed calls from him. Um…like four. I went out, checked my voice mail, and there was that frantic voice mail from him finally and there were more missed calls and he said, just come over and talk to me and that kind of thing.
Juan: And then you said you called him back, right?
Jodi: I called him back finally, after awhile,
Jodi: Yes I did.
Juan: Well, then you went over to his house though, right?
Jodi: and, we decided, we agreed to meet up.
Jodi: I did
Juan: And then you went over and you had sex with him?
Jodi: Yes.
Jodi: It was sex. It was anal sex.
Juan: What time did you go over to his house?
Jodi: It was in the evening.
Juan: What time?
Jodi: Don’t know the time.
Juan: If he’s going to Family Home Evening (FHE) he’s not going to be around…assume it starts at 7:00, he’s not going to be around at 7:00, is he? If, hypothetically speaking, ma’am, if Family Home Evening starts at 7:00 he’s not going to be home at 7:00 p.m. is he?
Jodi: If he went then he wouldn’t.
Juan: I’m not asking if he went. If it starts at 7:00 in the evening he would not have been home that night, right?
Nurmi: Objection
Jodi: It wouldn’t necessarily mean that. It doesn’t mean that he went, but that night…
Juan: Ma’am, I’m saying hypothetically. That means assume….that he went to Family Home Evening, and if it started at 7:00 he wouldn’t have been at his house, right?
Jodi: That’s right.
Juan: And if he has become involved in this masturbatory conduct, why are you worried about trading cars with him?
Jodi: I think he wanted to trade the car.
Juan: Ma’am, this is not him writing that out there (referring to Jodi’s text to Travis)
Jodi: I wanted to do it before FHE (Family Home Evening) …he wanted to trade the car.

Jodi: I was driving his car. He didn’t want to drive my car to church. He wanted to take his own car.

Juan: Well, why don’t we take a look at his which is 462. This is the one with his responses, right?
Jodi: Yes.
Juan: Take a look at it and see who’s concerned about trading cars.
Juan: It indicates back and forth involving the car.
Jodi: Yes, it does.
Juan: It includes the outgoing which is Mr. Alexander’s text messages, right?
Jodi: That’s right.
Juan: And when you were talking about exchanging cars or going to FHE (Family Home Evening), right?
Jodi: Yes
Juan: And ma’am, you did indicate something about whether or not you called him, or, did you say you did or did not call him that morning?
Jodi: I said I don’t remember.
Juan: It could be you didn’t call him that night.
Jodi: It could be because I don’t remember.
Juan: So, at 7:20 you sent her…err…him a text message, “Never mind. One of the stores I need to go to closes at 8 pm. I’ll go tomorrow.” Then one minute later it’s the same message that you sent before. Correct?
Jodi: That’s correct.
Juan: And then Mr. Alexander sends you a text message at 7:24 p.m., right?
Jodi: Right.
Juan: And he says, “I got a ride from some peeps in the ward now you can just go get it. Let me know when you made the exchange.” Isn’t he telling you that he went to the Family Home Evening there?
Jodi: Yes.
Juan: So he did go to the FHE meeting, right?
Jodi: I’m assuming.
Juan: Well, there’s nothing else that’s indicated here other than FHE, right?
Jodi: That’s right.

Juan: And FHE from your experience when you were going, how long does it last?
Jodi: Usually about an hour.
Juan: At 7:25 pm you send him a text message that appears to be in response to that one, right, because it says “I’m almost asleep”.
Jodi: Right
Juan: And what you’re talking about is exchanging the car, right?
Jodi: Yes
Juan: The big concern here is exchanging the car, right?
Jodi: Yes

Jodi: I walked in and Travis was on the bed masturbating.

Juan: It doesn’t have anything to do with what you claim you saw, right?

Jodi: Um…he started grabbing at something on the bed and I realized they were papers
Jodi: Um…we’re talking about the car in these text messages.
Juan: Right.
Jodi: and um…

Juan: And the point here is that you’re talking about very “pedestrian” (??) issues

Jodi: as he was grabbing the papers, one kind of went sailing off the bed, and it fell, in that chaotic pattern that paper falls and…
Juan: Such as exchanging a car, you’re not talking about Travis, I saw you masturbating, or anything like that, correct?
Jodi: …it landed face up near my feet, and it was a photograph
Jodi: The car was not a pedestrian issue with Travis.
Jodi: It was a picture of a …
Juan: He’s talking about “You obviously don’t need it that bad. I got a ride so you could go get the car. Now your going to sleep?” That’s what he tells you, right?
Jodi: Yes.
Juan: He’s made, or tried to make arrangements for you to pick up your car, right?
Jodi: Um…I don’t remember which car I was driving. (yet above, she tells the jurors she was driving HIS car)
Juan: Well, he didn’t have a car because he got a ride with some of…with somebody else, right?
Jodi: That’s not why he…got a ride…
Juan: And so he’s without a car at FHE or wherever it is that he went, right?
Jodi: Yes.
Juan: You have a car, right?
Jodi: Yes.
Juan: His car, right?
Jodi: I don’t remember which car I was driving.
Juan: Well, it wouldn’t have been HIS car, because you wouldn’t have needed to exchange HIS car for HIS car, right?
Jodi: It would have been mine or his.
Juan: Right! So you’re driving your car, right?
Jodi: I’ve already said that I don’t remember which car I’m driving.
Juan: You indicated previously that after this happened, you went home, and he kept trying to call you over and over, right?
Jodi: Um…I had (pauses)…voice mails from him…or…missed calls…

Jodi…and I saw that there was some missed calls from him… Um…(pause)…like four. There was that frantic voice mail from him finally and there were more missed calls.

Juan: That means he kept trying to call you over and over again, right?
Jodi: Right.
Juan: Whether he left voice mails or whatever he kept trying to call you, right?
Jodi: I bel…right, he did.
Juan: And you didn’t respond to those calls, right?
Jodi: (slight pause)…not immediately…that I… I was at the Visitation Center Visitor Center so I…had my phone volume off.
Juan: You were what?
Jodi: I was at the Visitor Center.
Juan: What Visitor Center are you talking about?
Jodi: The one next to the Mesa Temple.
Juan: And is that where you went after this incident happened?
Jodi: That’s where I ended up after driving…
Juan: Is this where you were almost asleep?
Jodi: Um…no. This was after the fact.
Juan: So now you’re back at home, right?
Jodi: Yes.
Juan: And in between then and…well, let me…in between what you say you saw …

Jodi: I walked in and Travis was …

Juan: And when you were home,

Jodi: I got home, and I was sitting with the garage door opener about ½ a block away so it would be open and I pulled right into the garage and …ran inside and threw up in the bathroom.

Juan: That’s when you have all these calls, right?
Jodi: From the time I ran out of his house he called.

That she cut it on a shelf where the glasses were....on cross.

Whoever is tweeting is just doing it for the JA supporters - for many this is their only source. Have figured out most don't listen or understand the testimony, so this account tells the what will keep them happy and (hopefully) donating for her appeal. Or for when she's released from custody, b/c JM is a meanie, and needs $ until she can find a job.

It must be exhausting for her, having to run a business AND coordinate faceless witnesses AND keep track of all her lies, all at the same time. Whatta gal.

  • #699
Isnt this her "minions" speaking for her and not really JA herself?

I think sometimes JA manages to pass info directly to them but most of the time I think her minions do her talking for her. Not sure who specifically she has to work for her like this.

Sometimes I think it is Miss Cougarlicious who is managing CMJA's twitter account for her. MOO

Especially since MM said the child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on the bishop's computer was photos. Not videos. Photos, as in the kind of 🤬🤬🤬🤬 you can print out so it can be seen floating off a bed.
Yes, because we all know when a piece of paper falls off your bed, it doesn't just fall to the floor next to the bed, it sails out and lands at a person's feet who is standing several feet away by his dresser. That's how Jodi's laws of gravity work. Paper doesn't fall in a downward direction, it sails out several feet. I know what really happened... TA's bedroom windows must have been open right when a haboob passed by the house, right?
