Wow what a hack! He doesn't KNOW if losing your house and having financial problems would account for a personality change? Well I guess he has never had money problems before.

I love Juan's point that the co-worker said there was a personality change in JA, yet she hadn't even met Travis yet. We have to remember that we all know this stuff, but the jury does not. The picture is coming together for them. When Demarte gets on the stand, it will be crystal clear. They will know all the stuff we know about Alice, Samuels and the Geff. Hired guns who leave out the facts to benefit JA.

I realize the public can. Just surprised the defendent herself is allowed to communicate on social media during exact time of her own trial happenings. I have never heard of that ever happening before and I am wondering if it is against some rule of court?

Well she isn't doing the action herself and they would have to prove that she did. She is allowed to communicate to Cha Cha and I'm sure they could never prove that she passed a note of what to tweet. She shouldn't be allowed to do it, but it's covert so there's really nothing we can do about it. Personally this will bite her in the butt too if she cries anymore about the public JMO.
