Jury will be asked to disregard #JodiArias potentially lying about chorn accusation.

I can promise you that as a juror, I WILL most certainly be remembering the defendant was capable of such a lie regardless of what the judge says. Remorse? NONE. Without the lie, the trial would have been over 4 months ago.

Per BK the letter where Jodi says "official on 2/2" was the 20 pg letter written after his death - it is signed with deepest sympathy and humble sincerity.

IMO, JM is setting it up that JA will have to testify. There has been some speculation she would not, but in order to establish this relationship that caused Jodi to go berserk enough to slaughter Travis, she will have to testify.
