Yesterday, Martinez had Geffner off balance. Today Geffner is more in control, neutralizing questions, which makes Martinez angry at times.

Per Jodi when she was talking with Flore about Travis, iirc, they "hung-out", and someone needs to send a definition of friends with benefits to Dr G. But, but I am guessing this would not help.

JM is reading part of the letter--going over the same point again--how she explains looking at TA's phone and the texts. Many intimate texts with other women. She checked the dates and as she feared they were well within the range of the time they were dating exclusively. RG can now agree that from JA's perspective, she thought it was exclusive.


I hope I can do this for only THIS BK post....we were all wondering about that 10 pg letter (or 20 pg?? It was in the letter sent AFTER TA's murder) to TA's family....well, this is what some of it covered....WTF else did she say in this letter?? She's telling them about all the dirt she found by spying on Travis???? THIS is supposedly what she thinks the family gives a rats azz about?????

I don't see many examples of Geff 'neutralizing' the pointed questions. Saying it didnt matter whether there really was or not cuz he has graphs and tests, does not neutralize anything.

I'm surprised Jodi never sent this letter to the Hughes's to try to shame Travis that they were "exclusively dating". She thinks she became a virgin when she stopped sleeping with Darryl.
Only Jodi knows when it's "official" and when it's over.

Thanks for finding that. Didn't she do the two handed quotes on "Fornicating". Two hands....where have I heard that before?!?!
