Was there a tweet related to this? I didn't see it.

I only saw reference to the official start date of 2/2/07 as the reference in this 20 pg letter except the way she signed it with deepest sympathy

Keep in mind this is Kiefer reporting. Juan's probably NOT angry and doesn't get that way with every witness including his own. I watched him in another trial last night be extremely gentle with his victim's mother.

JM is reading part of the letter--going over the same point again--how she explains looking at TA's phone and the texts. Many intimate texts with other women. She checked the dates and as she feared they were well within the range of the time they were dating exclusively. RG can now agree that from JA's perspective, she thought it was exclusive.


I hope I can do this for only THIS BK post....we were all wondering about that 10 pg letter to TA's family....well, this is what some of it covered....WTF else did she say in this letter?? She's telling them about all the dirt she found by spying on Travis???? THIS is supposedly what she thinks the family gives a rats azz about?????

She wants an "oh well okay then, that justifies it. We forgive you. Travis needed to die".

I'm surprised Jodi never sent this letter to the Hughes's to try to shame Travis that they were "exclusively dating". She thinks she became a virgin when she stopped sleeping with Darryl.
Only Jodi knows when it's "official" and when it's over.

Yesterday, Martinez had Geffner off balance. Today Geffner is more in control, neutralizing questions, which makes Martinez angry at times.

Only she never kept that commitment, having oral sex with Travis a week after she met him! She knew by that point that Mormons frowned on premarital sex.

Jodi obviously picks and chooses her commandments. What about Thou shalt not kill and Honor Thy father and mother???

I think the confusion about what was said in the letter was when Juan was not only reading a portion of the letter to Gma (the 2/2 date) and the end of the letter. I think Juan then quickly switched to talking about other evidence (ie: JA going through texts to see if he is dating others).

So hard to tell due to the "tweet" morse code trail deciphering.
