I'll check BK page later. I can't believe what I'm reading about what she dared write to Travis' family in that letter.

If the jury is understanding it as I do, I have to believe its another great big nail in the coffin JM is building for her right now.

I agree. I read that on her site too. My jaw literally dropped open.....just when I thought I couldn't be more disgusted. It's just astonishing the levels of low she stoops to. She is just so incredibly self-important the way she keeps finding ways insert herself into every tiny aspect of Travis' life. Wow. Just. Wow.

OMG didn't Wilma try and make DeMarte out to be breaking the law with the copies of the tests she was using last time????? I'm having flashbacks about all kinds of disclaimers up on the projector stating "material cannot be copied, distributed, blab, blah, blah"

IIRC, In the end Wilma ended up looking stupid.....again!

Geff is struggling with an ethical dilemma. He doesn't want Jodi's test scores on the PTSD test that Samuels gave (hand written scores) to be shown on the big screen because that stuff is copyrighted

I don't think that's a problem. They're just scared of the jury seeing it.

This is part of the question Juan was asking Geffner.....Exhibit 238....letter to Alexanders

This is the letter to Travis's family. JA writes that she checked the dates and they were all within the time that we were dating "exclusively." She signs out "with deepest sympathy and humble sincerity." Jodi Ann Arias. She then cites to John 16:20 (and your sorrow shall be turned into joy)

Sorry, I STILL can't believe she wrote them this crap. Since this letter is Exhibit 238, can the public get a copy?

Yesterday, Martinez had Geffner off balance. Today Geffner is more in control, neutralizing questions, which makes Martinez angry at times.

Oh please Kiefer! I assure you that the only thing that is making Martinez angry is all the delays and lies from the DT
