I think being on his knees could be risky. How many men are on the jury? Who knows LOL!

I'm behind and maybe this has already been cleared up, but I am wondering if perhaps he had a high four poster bed (ours is extremely high) and if you are kneeling on the floor you could not see pictures on the bed. Travis was not very tall.

Stephens says they will also turn off FTR(For the Record), the court recording system.

This seems like such BS. I'm sure pysch witnesses do this all the time!!! DT is pulling this b/c they know JM is about to rip their results to shreds!!!

I think the tweets make it obvious that she put in the letter they started dating in 2/2007 and then complains about Travis.

This is the letter to Travis's family. JA writes that she checked the dates and they were all within the time that we were dating "exclusively." She signs out "with deepest sympathy and humble sincerity." Jodi Ann Arias. She then cites to John 16:20 (and your sorrow shall be turned into joy)

Sorry, I STILL can't believe she wrote them this crap. Since this letter is Exhibit 238, can the public get a copy?

And your sorrow shall be turned to joy???? That's sick! Does she really believe they'd just get over Travis's death like it was a non-event?? This family is still grieving their loss.

Chris Hughes has read the letter. He said it was off the charts twisted, and that the family didn't want it disclosed to the public. That they are allowing JM to use it now says a lot about their determination to see JA on death row. I couldn't agree with them more.

Quick question. Did Jodi ever say Travis was on his knees? If the answer is yes then I would guess the bed was to high for TA to do what she claims.

This copyright stuff is BS. They displayed questions and answers on the screen in the first trial. I have never heard of copyright on tests being an issue.

To stake her claim on him. Let them know she thought they were exclusive. She probably hadn't even met them at that point.

Re this letter to the family - I cannot ever imagine sending a family I had not met a letter notifying them (with the exact date) that I was now an official girlfriend. What is up with that?

Oh yes she does. In her interview with Flores I'll never forget her saying "I know eventually they'll get over it but their pain is so very much right now." She really does believe the Alexanders should and can just get over it. Only a person who can never understand the emotions that go into losing a loved one would think that.
