Well, from reading the juror questions to Geffner, my opinion is this jury is not buying what the DT is selling.

NO DV, NO PTSD, NO PEDO.

That's pretty much what I got. I think one or two MIGHT be believing SOME of the abuse...but the pedophilia is out.

Thanks Lambie for renewing the thread so frequently.
This discussion is really moving fast, even it the DT keeps dragging in order to run out the clock in an attempt to limit JM's questions of their "experts".

One question indicated the juror believed T actually asked her to marry him - and more than once.

Another seemed to indicate a belief that she had been emotionally abused by T.

Still reading.

That is good. That means Juan knows what to focus on in his rebuttal coming up. " Clean up in Aisle 10..."

You don't want to know. You just want to be angry cause I said that. Okay. I am off for tonight. She deserves the DP!!!!!!! But I don't think this jury has decided that yet. That's all from me!!

Another......questioned why she sounded strong in journal about leaving in April but acted other than strong....:(

How could she even say that? I seriously wonder about her lately.

Remember folks- she thought Nurmi had a strong case for prosecutorial misconduct with the computer crap.

She has turned into Casarez. NOT one red cent from me.

The jurors completely disregarded any 🤬🤬🤬🤬 issues. How good is this?

And that is very dangerous to the DT. This jury is not going to appreciate the smear campaign

I took some of the juror questions as testing him. I think some are totally convinced he is a hack and were testing him to see if he would lie right to their own questions. Which he promptly did.

Add to that! How many days has this guy been on the stand? No telling when those questions were submitted.

I liked the question about whether the killer is right or left handed. I think a juror has deduced that the broken finger incident is a lie, based on the unchanged writing patterns in her journals before and after said incident. We all know that finger was damaged on June 4, 2008 when she killed Travis.

And even then it was not broken or splinted up with popsicle sticks because she continued to write her journal of lies after than. It was cut. And the bandages didn't stop her from writing with her left hand.

MOO

She's testifying tomorrow. I can feel it.

Maybe she was just trying on the testilying blazer tonight to make sure it still fits. LOL

Am i dreaming or hadn't Jodi said in the first trial she was ambidextrous?

Thank you so much.

And let's rmemeber that the foreman thought there was physical abuse at first too but as the trial wore on started to believe there was emotional abuse only. The physical abuse part is uncorroborated. No evidence anywhere.
I think if the State puts up their own domestic violence expert they could destroy her claims of emotional abuse too. There's a problem with verbal abuse that I want to be put into proper context for the jury.

Which one?

While I love that the jury can ask questions, all trial watchers can do is guess just what they might be thinking. One person's interpretation could be way different than another, all we can do is infer and speculate (which I love, sparks some fantastic interaction and questions) As a whole I think the jurors asked some great questions, who knows when they were put in the basket or what he/she might be thinking when they write them down. I think it is pretty clear that the jury does seem to get that CMJA is a LIAR.

Apparently. Isn't that interesting? And now we hear that she moved in with Matt in between Palm Desert and moving to Mesa (while she was briefly in Big Sur). I have a much better understanding of good ol' Matt now, and why we will NEVER hear from him. He was in this up to his eyeballs with her. She phoned him from Hoover Dam, as well.

Wow, I don't think I ever heard this before and I thought I was following very closely through both phases. Where did you see this? I tried to google it and search threads but cant find that. TIA

I don't believe that it's broken. I've seen lots of severed tendon injuries that did not heal and they look bent just like that. And if the DT truly believes that they would have that x-ray on standby and up on the screen at all times.

MOO

Trust me, the DT will never get it xrayed. It would almost certainly show there is no break in that finger and they couldn't present it as an incidence of DV anymore. We may not know until autopsy.
