Now Casey briefly explained to the jury how she feels that Jodi was molested by her father and brother and that Travis accidentally drowned in the shower before the gun shot and stabbing. Casey also told JA's jury that Zanny the Nanny was also staying at Travis's house during that time but disappeared right after the murder because of a babysitting gig. NO he was conflicted with doing what his faith called him to do and the fact that Jodi kept pulling him the other way. She wouldn't let him go.

It's more than that. I think everyone who is religious struggles with being true to their faith and being tempted to giving in to their human desires. It's why that's ALL they talk about in church. Because it's perfectly natural to feel certain things and they are telling you it's not. It doesn't make him a "master of deception," it makes him human. Was Deanna Reid also a master of deception? How silly.
