I know right. Books have been written about it. Movies have been made. "He's not that into you." "Think like a man". A mistake some women make, and I'm not judging, since I've made mistakes too.. Is jump into one of these friends-with-benefits relationships, thinking that the guy will eventually fall in love with you because you're great at sex and a 3 hole wonder. In JA case, I don't think it was a mistake - it was a well thought out plan. I'm going to hook him with sex. He's not going to be able to go back to "vanilla sex" after me. He's going to marry me. And when it didn't work she decided that if she couldn't have him, no one would.

Exactly. Had a long conversation with my 22 yr old daughter when she was about 20. Her ex from High school kept contacting her, then being in and out of her life. Making her miserable. We discussed this very thing. And I said her would NEVER make her ' THEEE ONE' because it was water under the bridge. She totally ended it. Has a new wonderful bf that treats her with love and respect. YAYYYYY

I really believe that the young jurors will get this. They won't think there is anything wrong with 'T-dogg.' My kids called each other names like that all the time. My son was called C-dogg because he WAS NOT a 'playah.' It was a joke to call him that, but a playful one. I think Nurmi is losing the jury be dragging this out so long. JMO

This entire case is really just that simple.

How Nurmi can make this case drag on over a year now is beyond my comprehension.

Curious--- the Hughes, like Travis and all of us, are flawed. If you listen to Chris on Tricia's radio show, you'll hear how much they loved their friend.

I am not arguing that they loved him and still love him. This read back of their emails is likely killing them. All I am saying is I hope people learn from this. Talk to your friend in person, face to face when it is this important. If it's not that important then mind your own business. Like KCL said, hindsight is 20/20.
