Thank you. This entire penalty phase is a farce. The judge is letting this all get out of hand. The judge needs to give a day for the defense to say to the jury why JA should not get the dp and then the prosecutor should have a day to tell the jury why JA should get the dp. Thats it and then let the jury decide. Dang.

Eh so he was a player and his friends blabbed about it to his girlfriend. It happens. I think he was a player and that's not a good characteristic but, come on, Jodi Arias was no innocent flower. She's been with men before. She's savvy. I doubt she was played. She was into the "friends with benefits" thing hoping he'd change his mind and get serious about her. It didn't happen and she got angry.

Good to see you again. Since JA's retrial has been on hold, I have been reading about the arrest in the McStay family murders. I came back to this thread last night and could not believe how much I have missed :gaah:
I am totally lost with this new motion filed by the defense. I'm trying to catch up. UNBELIEVABLE that they are now asking for a dismissal

I'll be the first to say (maybe others have said it) that I wish the judge would have just went ahead and sentenced her to LWOP last year. She would be in Perryville now and would NOT BE running the trial. I know TA's family wants death for her, and rightly so...but with all the delays JA's fan club has grown. It's all about Jodi now. Unfortunately Travis' horrific murder has been forgotten. JA has made sure of it. I absolutely hate her.
