Does anyone recall EVER seeing a DT put up photos of a murder victim's penis during the mitigation phase of a DP case?

I hope the jury has moved on from puzzlement to disgust.

Not to mention that the photos are not even definitely of him as I understand it.

BBM - I always figured that came about because they were desperate to try to get Travis away from JA and thought maybe they could convince her to drop him (by concocting a story to make it sound like he was a monster) since they were having no luck getting him to drop her.

They said they really liked her and thought Travis might even marry her and believed what she was telling them. That's why they wrote these. They found out later how manipulative she was.

I having been following via Wild. How can these so called experts say things based on a few emails????? I don't get it. Jodi was so frugal and responsible when she lived with Daryl - yet she had a boob job, left Daryl to be with Travis and the house foreclosed. Really responsible. I don't know how much more I can take.
God Bless the Alexander Family. I am having this much trouble, how they can maintain their composure is beyond me.

Was it ever determined where that penis pic came from? Did it have TA's email or phone info on it? I know many of you spent many hours comparing hands, nails, etc. I just wanted to see if this witness had some other identifying info that we were not made privy in the first trial.

Exactly! And this jury has already heard the sex tape, recorded almost 1.5 years after this email from the Hughes'. I hope JM points out these dates.

Yeah. Even though the one I saw didn't look like Travis' hands, it's hard to tell from just the hands.

Even so, based on their texts to each other, Travis did send a penis pic to Jodi at some point and she went wild for it. So, it's whatever to me now. Maybe it really was Travis. Maybe it wasn't. Who cares?

I don't think this is really anything to do with Jodi's redeeming qualities and why she should live vs DP. It seems more like Travis on trial again and all the State has to do is fill in the real words on the defenses Mad Libs and the whole story makes sense. Mr Martinez can simply ask "were you aware that.." " did you know this" "would X,Z,J,S, etc have colored or changed your opinion?" etc.
