I am only 40 and I can say I don't want to see that on my phone......ever. I find it trashy and not par for the course in most peoples live. It's vile, and that says a lot considering I don't find a problem with people looking at in the privacy of their own homes. There is a line that is crossed there.

Nurmi always keeps his witnesses on the stand far far too long. After 3 hours or so of the same old story, you're going to start losing jurors. They're going to zoom out. It's better to keep it short and to the point and make an impression instead of dragging things out.
